The first card I will buy is a Law Firm card. This is a very useful card for reducing taxes. When I bought it, it cost more than 2,000 SIMs per card.
We need Worker Cards to work in our cities when purchasing some cards. So as suggested by @ecoinstats, I need to buy a basic home card or a Park or Worker card. I just bought a Basic Home card.
