I was talking to someone some days ago, about why they haven't started hunting for airdop. I believe they had the time on their hands, and it is not as difficult as offering and receiving payment for a gig on Fiverr or trading cryptocurrency, and the person explained that it is simply because the majority of airdop schemes are fraudulent.
This is true; there are numerous airdop opportunities in web3, and even web2 has begun to offer these opportunities; however, it may be difficult to identify a scam from a distance.
Unfortunately, not every hustler gets paid every day
A Hustler can hustle for six months and only receive one pay day; it is that unfair, and if you are not built to withstand the game, hustling will be extremely difficult. People are always jealous of hustlers who make it big, but they do not always consider the effort it took for these people to get there. It is always easier to ignore effort, especially since success has a distinct scent that can be detected from a long distance.
Effort is silent, and because it is a process, it rarely attracts admirers; however, the end result of effort attracts attention, which is extremely unfair. There are some people who are not built for the hustle; they cannot deal with the possibility of failure and uncertainty, and they believe that because there is no certainty, it is a waste of time.
When people are unwilling to hustle even when there is a risk of failure, it is difficult to bring them into the space because they will face disappointment that they may not be mentally prepared for, and you will always be there to blame.
For example, cryptocurrency is one of the harshest places to have money because it can leave you broke, homeless, and depressed; on the other hand, it has the potential to change your life in one fell swoop and make you forget about your previous suffering.
Unfortunately, many people prefer to enjoy the flip side of volatility without experiencing the pain, endless red, and dumps. If you're not built for the other side, its obviously better to stick to 9 to 5 where's there's certainty that efforts equals rewards.
Take a look at it this way.
Most people want wives and husbands who will be with them through thick and thin. Unfortunately, there are not many people like this in the world, because people are built with varying degrees of endurance. Some people can handle pain, challenges, and distress at a high level, whereas others break down at the slightest sign of suffering.
Now, every venture in life necessitates some level of training and perseverance, and some require even more. Marriage is one venture that requires a high level of discipline to weather storms, and cryptocurrency is another.
Money ventures require a great deal of discipline; sometimes the patience to build and withstand uncertainty is difficult for many people, which is why people need to be trained outside of their comfort zones in order to excel in certain ventures.
Back to cryptocurrency
When people's bags are mooning, they are quick to congratulate themselves; when they are dropping, they are quick to blame the person who onboarded them, believing it is the person's fault for exposing them to such high levels of pain.
It is simple: people will blame you for their failures, but they are unlikely to attribute their success to you. Why? Blame games happens when things are not favorable, It's a regular thing that always happens in the crypto space.
When it comes to cryptocurrency, many people go through three years of hardship, mental breakdown, and FUD just to feast during the bull market. It may appear that the effort is not worth the reward, but one thing about crypto rewards is that when used correctly, the potentials are always uncountable.
Many people are not built because they continue to measure effort based on potential rewards.
This is why, in order to survive, people must strengthen themselves and develop the desired mentality. So, if people continue to measure rewards before making a risky move, it will be difficult for them to survive any onslaught that may occur. It is why I believe people should onboard themselves.
Crypto, for example, will become a more difficult venture, as the space will be crowded with degens who came for the money but left due to the heat. Are you built for the kill?
