I was on X (Twitter) and saw news about Israel and Hezbollah, including how the latter was killed in large numbers via pagers. I am not sure about the details; you will probably have to look them up.
There's always been unrest in the middle east and Israel somehow is always involved, and I don't want to say it's this person or that person's fault, it's just that the way people react to the death of their fellow humans is something they saddens me.
I saw people bleeding in various places, people with maimed hands, and a plethora of other bloody images, as well as people celebrating in the comments section.
Now, I am not sure what these people have done in the past; I am guessing they have committed a lot of crimes that made people happy about bloody scenes of mass murder, but it also saddened me greatly.
However, I want to look at it this way: perhaps if I had been a victim of these people who were killed, I would have celebrated. However, I would like to look at it this way. I have lost a lot of people in my life, and at one point, I was very spiteful and vengeful, but not any longer.
So I cannot justify these people's actions; I simply believe that the war in the Middle East should not be the way it is if it is not truly political.
Terrorism is largely funded, and because of the benefits that come with it, it is always difficult to eradicate. In most cases, innocent people suffer the consequences. They say that when two elephants fight, the grass always suffers.
The average person might interpret it as "kills who kills me," which feels very uncivilized. It is hard to believe that in the twenty-first century, terrorism is still prevalent. As I previously stated, the only people who benefit from this are those who ensure that the gun continues to smoke.
Terrorism, like pandemics, epidemics, and other events, provides significant benefits to those in power. While people might get killed, suffer and experience excruciating pain, a few people are getting paid. If there is no war, there is no need for guns, and manufacturing weapons of mass destruction is a profitable business.
China and the United States are largely at odds over who is better and more superior. These countries are primarily developing secret technology in the event of a war, and they are most likely working day and night in labs and workshops to obtain the holy grail, a weapon that destroys other weapons.
Regular people may be going about their daily lives unaware of what is going on, but the truth is that there are those who will be compensated if the world falls apart.
We saw what happened with COVID: people were cancelled because they were unvaccinated, while those who were vaccinated suffered from a variety of health complications.
COVID vaccine was big business, and whether you like it or not, there are people who cashed out big time, and there are big pharma who cashed out, which is probably why many diseases have never gotten cures, only palliative care, management, and many others. Clearly, if the world were at peace, it would destroy so many nefarious business opportunities.
If cryptocurrency were allowed to flourish, most governments would eventually lose control over their citizens. Freedom undermines control, and most governments desperately seek to maintain control. I believe it is time for the majority of people to recognize that terrorism is more than just vengeance or one country fighting another.
Terrorism will never end, and the war in the Middle East may never end, due to the massive dividends that those who benefit from it receive.
