In reference to this post I like to think that we're living on the cusp of reality, and every negative human action comes with some form of consequences or retribution even if the Divine touch of God was present, having Hope that the consequences of one's actions would not suffice because they believe in God is stupidity.
In my life, I've come to accept who and what I am. I fight unseen battles daily, sometimes it makes me question the essence of life. Why is it fair for someone to live with the consequences of the bad choices of others? Wouldn't it be good to be cut some slack, or will it be hard for life to be fair and grant us culpable deniability?
When life becomes unfair, we begin to ask rhetorical questions.
It's common for people to blame God for war, famine, and destruction, meanwhile, some of the primary causes of these things are "humans". A lot of people do not want to accept the principles that govern reality. Every bad choice comes with a consequence and no matter the better choices subsequently, we cannot still overturn the consequences of the bad choices we've made earlier.
Ignorance is believed to be the reason for some of the most unthinkable mistakes made by people. Some people consciously do things without weighing the advantages or disadvantages to see if it's going to be worth it, they go on head-on without taking to heart what might happen.
Underrating The Power Of Dominion
Most times, the things we ask God for are already in our possession. One of the reasons we are the smartest beings in the universe is because of the mental capacity we possess, we possess the dominion to make or mar ourselves and our universe, and until people begin to consider the aspect of consequences before they make decisions, people will always keep blaming God when some bad human creates earth-rippling consequences
Life can't be fair, it's the reality we live in and even Divine intervention is limited to some extent. In my life, I've come to accept, that I might never be who I truly want.
Faith Vs Reality
This isn't because I'm faithless, but because I understand the fabrics of reality and why we shouldn't mess with things expecting the consequences to never suffice. This is why I try to differentiate hope from fantasy. One is viable, one is not. Holding on to the fantasy is fatal, keying into reality might be harsh, but you need that check to keep you aware.
It's hurting to never be able to make some of the mistakes of my peers. I know people who think I can ride to the sun because of the supposed potential they think they see in me. But most of the time, I'm always making decisions towards stability, viability, or even choices to establish some certain level of certainty.
Of a truth, I'm not complaining
nevertheless, this doesn't mean I don't slip into a cocoon of imagination, where I constantly keep wishing everything could be different. Moreover, we cannot stop ourselves from the act of comparison, even when we know we shouldn't.
However, one of the things I've come to realize is that even if I'd eventually adhere to my wiles and compare myself to people who I think are having it better than me, then it's best to also compare myself to those who are in my shoes, but their situation is worse. This would help me establish closure because one of the most difficult things to achieve in life is the acceptance of one's default situation.
I am appreciative of life.
I'm happy to be here, holding my ground in unbelievable ways. There are many times hope has kept me going, there are so many things I'm grateful for. Completely understanding one's physical and psychological anatomy is important, because this helps in recognizing strengths and weaknesses.
I wake up every day appreciative of what I have and why I am here, even though most of the people who didn't give me a chance are no longer here. In essence, we cannot change the default conditioning which we're born into, despite our faith or hope, reality always wins. This doesn't mean you shouldn't believe in miracles, you should. This is just to say that we shouldn't go beyond the tethers of what's viable and expect an overhaul.
