Hello friends, the culture of life of individuals is defined by behavior, thoughts and principles, situations that are shaped by home life, school interactions and social interaction over time. Each of these situations plays an important role in the social context of each individual. Have you ever stopped to think about which of these contexts is best? A home school, a public school or a private school. Let's understand a little about each one.
HOME SCHOOL
As the name suggests, the teaching and learning process takes place in your own home. In this context, the teaching professionals are the parents and/or guardians for guiding the learning. In Brazilian regulations, this teaching modality is only permitted if the student is enrolled in some school institution to monitor/evaluate the learning.
ADVANTAGE: Greater contact between the child and the family, flexible schedules, savings on school expenses and protection against bullying.
DISADVANTAGE: Lack of socialization, limited content and lack of social development, little contact with society.
PUBLIC SCHOOL
These are institutions maintained by public authorities, under the management of employees hired, approved by public examinations or chosen by municipal, state or federal governments. It is the form of education that contributes most to the development of a democratic society, is free, secular, mandatory, a right for all and has a relative degree of quality. It promotes social interaction between students, teachers and society, prepares young people for life in society and for the world.
ADVANTAGE: It is free and receives special attention from the government and society, promotes citizenship and means of progress in student and professional life.
DISADVANTAGE: Overcrowded classrooms, dilapidated structures, lack of appreciation for the teaching staff and problems related to the cultural diversity of the individuals who attend.
PRIVATE SCHOOL
This is a school model that has autonomy in choosing professionals, buildings tailored to the profile of its students, and all expenses and goods acquired come from the purchasing power of the parents, family members or guardians of the enrolled students. It is a school model with smaller classrooms, accommodating a smaller number of students, facilitating and stimulating educational development.
ADVANTAGE: You can choose the profile of the school that suits your taste, you can charge specifically what you want for your child or for yourself.
DISADVANTAGE: It is a specific social environment, you only have contact with layers specific of society, it can have some impact on the sociability of those who attend.
MY OPINION: WHICH IS THE BEST AND WHY?
Despite the advantages of private schools and homeschooling, i considering public schools as the best teaching and learning method, it is an educational system that promotes the exercise of citizenship. You have direct contact with the cultural diversity of the world, learn to deal with and/or interact with it, go through difficulties and learn from mistakes and from overcoming them. It is a battlefield that prepares you for life, you will meet and have direct contact with different types of people, providing the possibility of mental or educational change in interaction in the face of changes and possibilities. This educational model shows that life is full of obstacles that we need to overcome in order to progress, in addition to helping with progress of personal and professional fields.
