Before the pandemic, annually we celebrate a year-end program before our Christmas break but then it stopped due to the pandemic. But after almost 3 years here we are now having a year-end party once again!
The program was planned a month before, yes that's how excited we are! From the food, exchange of gifts, games, intermissions, and many more.
A day before the program, together with the classroom officers and others volunteered to design the classroom. The first thing is we design the board and then put some decorations like crepe papers and ribbon, we just make it simple. We also arranged the chairs and clean the room to be used.
As preparation for myself as soon I got home I prepared my clothes, shoes, and my other stuff to be ready for tomorrow. I tried to be ready for this program, you know it is only once a year and it is my last year-end party in junior high school and I want it to be memorable. 😎
December 16, 2022, is the day of the program. The program started with a prayer, led by the class president. And followed by the welcome message of our adviser and co-adviser to officially start the program. On next is one of the most awaited parts, the games! At first, we went outside to play games with the other section, we played 3 games one is the paper plate relay, the boat is sinking, and lastly is the longest line. It was tiring but a fun experience indeed! There are a lot of smiles and laughter.
Then we went back again inside to proceed to the next part. The next part is the "Grand entrance of all" where a group of 5 people will come in to flex their outfit of the day! Here are some taken pictures of me and my friends.
After that, we have again some games like the marble relay wherein I'm the organizer in that game and the next one is the paper cup relay. Then we have an intermission number by the 'kaldag boys' which is so very hmmm....HAHA and the performance of one of the singers in the class.
And now the most exciting part, it's time to eat! Of course, we have the main target shanghai we also have palabok, spaghetti, puto, pizza, chicken wings, and of course the legendary hotdog.
After eating a lot of food the program continues again with a game which is 'trip to Jerusalem' it is one of the famous parlour games played at parties. Some of my classmates said "Be careful, the chair might get broken" then the whole class laughed HAHA. For me, this game is the most memorable game that we played HAHA because the players are so eager to win to the point that they even fight for just a chair 🤣. Then after that, there is an intermission number again.
And the second most awaited part is now the awarding, where the prizes of the winners are given and also some special awards are given. As for me, I was awarded one of the best outfits for the day in the male category, my effort had paid off, chariz HAHA.
Then the last part is the most awaited part, mothe exchange of gifts. The program ended after that since it was already afternoon and we only have until 2:30 P.M.
All in all, it was a fun and memorable day. I have a lot of fun, laughter, and smiles. It was a memorable and unforgettable memories.
That's all for now!
