Hello splinterlands community, how are you? Today i'm here to participate the weekly challenge, i hope you like it!
This week's theme is the Lava Spider, a card that has the Snipe skill initially, then at its level six another skill is released, the Snare, and finally, at its last level the Poison skill.
Rules: As i play in a rookie league, the rules here don't apply.
Mana: 24.
That was my composition for this battle:
Tarsa: As a summoner i chose Tarsa for being the best option in this battle increasing the attack and life of my cards.
Living Lava: For being a great option for a tank because of its shield ability that reduces melee attacks, in addition to having a good amount of shield, making it last longer during battle, but its speed is very bad leaving it to attack in the final.
Radiated Scorcher: A strategic card with a cost of one mana, great to leave it for last, in case you have a sneak or opportunity, making him attack it first, leaving the other splinters for longer in the battle.
Tenyii Striker: With a good mana cost, and a great sneak from the fiery starter deck, he could easily finish the back line with his increased damage, doing a lot of damage.
Lava Spider: Despite its low damage, this splinter has the snipe ability, so it can attack mages and ranged in any position, as long as it doesn't have others, as this ability directs to the closest one.
Serpent Spy: Well, his health is pretty low, but his speed and attack, combined with the opportunity skill, can make him set the course of the battle, especially if he attacks a key piece of the enemy team.
Chaos Agent: To complete the rest of the mana that was left, and thinking about using it against the opportunity skill leaving my serpent spy free from a possible attack.
Battle: So, being a very low league the battles are not as exciting as the higher leagues, but i would say it was interesting, i didn't expect my opponent to come with the summoner Mother Khala, this made most of the ranged would have zero damage against my Living Lava, if not for that, maybe the battle could have been different, as it gave me a pretty big advantage, plus the splinters chosen had a low amount of speed.
