Безвідповідальність людей досить часто стає причиною трагедій, а особливо, коли це стосується утримання великих порід собак. Мабуть ви вже здогадалися, що мій допис сьогодні про нещодавні події, що сталися місті Дрогобич.
Почну з відео. Фільмує випадковий свідок зі свого авто. По тротуару погожого травневого дня прогулюються люди. Раптом повз пробігають да величезних пси породи Алабай. Вони агресивно накидаються на собачку, яку на повідку вигулює літня пані. В пащеці помістилася вона вся! Жінка хапається за серце та розпачливо скрикує. А вже поряд починають кричати люди, що там діти. Там – це у напрямку, в якому побігли алабаї. На цьому відео закінчується.
Як з’ясувалося пізніше, від цих тварин постраждали дві собаки. Одну врятувати не вдалося, а інша з численними пораненнями у ветеринарній клініці. Вгамовувати псів приїхали поліцейські, які змушені були відлякувати тварин гумовими кулями. Власник собак мешканець міста Дрогобич, який пізніше виправдовувався перед постраждалими, звинувачуючи в недбалості та злому умислі колишню дружину.

The irresponsibility of people quite often becomes the cause of tragedies, and especially when it concerns the maintenance of large breeds of dogs. Perhaps you have already guessed that my post today is about the recent events that happened in the city of Drohobych.
I'll start with the video. A random witness is filming from his car. People stroll along the sidewalk on a fine May day. Suddenly, huge dogs of the Alabai breed run past. They aggressively pounce on the dog, which is being walked on a leash by an elderly lady. All of it fit in the mouth! The woman grabs her heart and screams desperately. And people nearby start shouting that there are children there. There is in the direction in which the Alabai ran. This ends the video.
As it turned out later, two dogs were injured by these animals. One could not be saved, and the other with numerous injuries in the veterinary clinic. The police came to calm the dogs, and they had to scare the animals away with rubber bullets. The owner of the dogs is a resident of the city of Drohobych, who later apologized to the victims, accusing his ex-wife of negligence and malicious intent.
Як відомо, порода алабай потребує особливої уваги з боку господаря. З самого малечку ці гіганти повинні піддаватися професійній дресурі. Відсутність виховання, неправильне харчування та купа інших факторів впливає на нервову систему собаки, яка може стати неконтрольованою та агресивною. До того ж, алабаїв потрібно тримати у закритих вольєрах, як вимагає цього закон.
Після всього, що сталося в Дрогобичі, якось сама собою виникла думка про те, чому ще й досі не запровадили спеціальної процедури для придбання та утримання подібних тварин? Першочергово, мабуть, треба щоб майбутній власник собаки сам здав тест на психічну врівноваженість та екзамен на знання вимог утримання.
Жінка, яка вигулювала псів у Дрогобичі виправдалася тим, що її тварини втекли, а вона нічого не могла вдіяти. Покарання – штраф. А от постраждалі можуть звертатися до суду, щоб компенсувати моральну шкоду. Тільки от як оцінити життя домашнього улюбленця бабусі, собачки що загинула?
Дуже прикро, що в нашу країну допоки не дійшло європейське законодавство, щодо утримання тварин. От тому і трапляються подібні трагедії.

Lack of upbringing, improper nutrition and a bunch of other factors affect the nervous system of the dog, which can become uncontrollable and aggressive. In addition, Alabai must be kept in closed enclosures, as required by law.
After everything that happened in Drohobych, somehow the thought arose by itself about why a special procedure for the acquisition and keeping of such animals has not yet been introduced? First of all, it is probably necessary for the future owner of the dog to pass a test on mental balance and an exam on knowledge of the requirements of keeping.
A woman who was walking her dogs in Drohobych justified herself by saying that her animals ran away, and she could not do anything. Punishment is a fine. But victims can apply to the court to compensate for moral damage. But how to evaluate the life of a grandmother's pet, a dog that died?
It is very unfortunate that the European legislation on keeping animals has not yet reached our country. That is why such tragedies happen.
