The new bridge between Cebu City and Cordova can be seen from our neighborhood. The last time we were in Cebu City, we took that route which made our travel time very short compared to the past. Thanks to the private sector for making our life better!
But aside from that, we also got to enjoy the nice view of the bridge from our village. My husband and I just have to walk to the second phase to get a better view. We brought a camera with us and took some snaps. It's nice to have a long-range lens for this but we were just satisfied with what we have. Indeed, the saying that goes, the best camera is that which is in your hands at this moment applies during that time.
Aside from taking photos of the bridge and the buildings around Cebu, we also took the time to appreciate the tiny little details of our surroundings, from these grasses and the flowers to the things around like construction materials, buildings, houses nearby, etc.
Somehow, seeing these photos makes me miss Cebu City, the place where my husband and I lived for ten years. Since entering college, Cebu City has become a home for me.
Unfortunately, there are problems right now with Cebu's drainage, I have seen footage of several areas getting serious flooding! It's sad to know that this issue has been causing so much inconvenience and hassle to the people of the city.
That's it for now! Enjoy the photos!
