A well-known, thick soup had been handed down through the generations in Peakfield, a small town in the heart of the Hive countryside. The recipe was an envy monitored secret,known just to a few chosen people who had been considered qualified to learn it.
On the first day of winter each year, the residents of the town would gather in the village square to share a pot of this scrumptious soup.
Numerous ingredients, including nuts, carrots, onions, and a secret blend of spices and herbs, were used to prepare the soup. However, the addition of a unique ingredient truly set it apart: an uncommon mushroom,found just in the close by woods.
