This weeks Battle Mage Challenge is about the Reverse Speed rule.
Splinterlands tells us the following about the Reverse Speed rule:
Units with lower speeds will attack before units with higher speeds. Attack Accuracy based on speed will also be reversed.
Units with Bloodlust will increase speed after killing a unit.
Avoid using Slow as this will help your opponent.
Reverse speed is an interesting rule as it turns the value of speed upside down. 1 speed is now a "maximum speed", which we do not have in the normal setting, and unless you get debuffed by Blind, or your target has Dodge or Flying, your 1 speed units CANNOT MISS. This is very important, and makes it less viable to play strategies that relies on misses.
Incompatible Rules
Reverse Speed is compatible with ALL rules!

Battle progress and Result
This battle has the classical annoying Grim Smith + Heal combo with Avina, but fortunately for me I included a unit that does not focus the frontline: Deeplurker. I also conveniently have Magic Reflect in the front, so that the three magic attackers in my opponent's team will take return damage when they strike.
To begin, the Runi strikes my Merdaali Guardian, but with Possibilus' health bonus and Strengthen and Demoralize, my Merdaali Guardian is still in decent shape afterwards. Then my Dr. Blight and Cruel Sethropod do some damage to Grim. Smith. Aves Sturgis then attacks my Xenith Monk, and loses its Divine Shield, due to Magic Reflect. This is just in time for my Deeplurker to strike and kill it! Perfect! Since I played Possibilus, I then get a Trample onto the Runi, which also dies. To finish the round, Xenith Monk strikes Grim and heals itself up, and then finally takes a magic damage hit from the Meriput Magician.
Its the same starting attack order in round 2, and Grim Survives that just fine for now. Merdaali Guardian however, is now down to 1 health after the Runi hit. But then we come to Deeplurker, again it is able to kill the Runi, and then Trample onto Meriput Magician. The Shield on Meriput negates some of the damage though. However, when it takes another point of Magic Reflect damage, its not looking good for it going into round 3.
In round 3, Deeplurker finishes off the Meriput Magician, and now Grimbardun Smith is left to fight my whole team by itself.
Sometimes this would result in fatigue if I would not have much damage, but not this time. Victory!
