The August edition of #dreemportchallenge came with a pleasant surprise. The Dreem family is currently in a collaboration with the amazing Scholar and Scribe community. Ecency enjoyed our July Collab so much that they joined in on this too.
Dreemport reaches more potential dreemers, scholar and scribe gets the spotlight on dreemport and ecency just joins in on all the adventure. Everybody wins while having a bunch of fun in the process.
For the three weeks that is the duration of the Collab with S&S, everyone ballsy enough to attempt the challenge gets to write a three part fiction of any sort (PG-13 of course lol). Each part is to be submitted on the Friday of each of these weeks.
Brilliant, is it not?
Fortunately for ballsy-less people like myself, Dreemie @dreemsteem God bless her soul, came up with the bingo engagement initiative. I get to engage with challenge entries, this way I'm part of the challenge too without writing any fiction whatsoever.
I visited 12 amazing entries in my quest to complete three lines on my bingo card. Every entry is very unique. Each story took me to a different place at a different time with different people and their various stories.
The authors did great jobs of bringing their brain-children to life. Their words were welded with such skill that they made descriptions vivid and emotions seem almost graspable.
here's my bingo card 😊
...And these are the entries I visited :

I enjoyed reading all of these posts. Some writers admitted that writing fiction isn't really their thing. What's ironically funny though is that their entries were great and you won't even suspect this.
I know how much courage it takes to put yourself out there. Moreso when you are a little skeptical about the part of yourself you are about to expose. It takes a lot and I commend every first time writer for taking this courageous step outside of their comfort zones.
The first parts are great, part two will be even greater and you'll blow all your readers away with the last part of your various stories. And I say this without a doubt.
This also applies to every other author not mentioned in this post that published an entry for week 1 because this post is for all of you. Lord knows I'd read each and every one of them if I could. I can't read all 49 and counting entries now but they'll always be here for whenever I come around to reading them.
Bravo people. You make dreemport feel like home and hive worth every millisecond . Y'all are amazing!. 🥰🤗❣️
Don't know what the fudge I was talking about in this post? Check this out for more info😉
