En muchas ocasiones, en algunos abastos y/o fruterías en la que he comprado insumos, me encuentro con carteles de precios que no provoca ni verlos y mucho menos leerlos, sin ánimos de ofender a quienes lo realizan, por eso, cuando mi hermana menor me dijo comenzaría un emprendimiento vendiendo helados para tener ingresos extras, no dudé en hacerle el cartel, pues muchos dirán que “es solo un cartel”, pero la forma en la que promocionas es importante, no importa si lo que vendes es algo pequeño o grande. Mantener una estética neutra, con letra legible y tamaño adecuado es de importancia, al menos para mi.
Como verán fue un trabajo bien sencillo y colorido, realizado con materiales muy económicos. Sin más, y esperando lo disfruten, les dejo los materiales utilizados, el proceso y las fotos finales del trabajo realizado.

On many occasions, in some grocery stores and / or greengrocers in which I have bought supplies, I find price signs that does not provoke or see them, much less read them, no offense to those who do it, so when my younger sister told me to start a business selling ice cream for extra income, I did not hesitate to make the sign, because many will say that “it's just a sign”, but the way you promote is important, no matter if you sell something small or large. Maintaining a neutral aesthetic, with legible font and adequate size is important, at least for me.
As you can see it was a very simple job and made with very inexpensive materials. Without As you can see it was a very simple and colorful work, made with very inexpensive materials. 1.- Preparar los materiales a utilizar; para este trabajo se usó media (½) lamina de cartulina negra, media (½) lamina de cartulina amarilla, ¼ de lamina naranja y solo un trozo azul.
1.- Prepare the materials to be used; for this work we used half (½) sheet of black cardboard, half (½) sheet of yellow cardboard, ¼ sheet of orange cardboard and only one blue piece.

2.- Haciendo uso de la plantilla de letras, marcar con el lápiz las letras del contenido del cartel en las cartulinas correspondientes, para esto utilicé tres tonos diferentes.
2.- Using the lettering template, mark with the pencil the letters of the content of the poster on the corresponding cardboard, for this I used three different shades.

3.- Recortar las letras siguiendo el patrón marcado. En este caso la plantilla usada tiene un modelo donde la composición de la letra se segmenta, pero para hacerlo mas fácil para recortar y pegar, decidí unir los espacios y recortar en una sola pieza cada letra. Algunas letras quedaron segmentadas y otras no.
3.- Cut out the letters following the marked pattern. In this case the template used has a pattern where the letter composition is segmented, but to make it easier to cut and paste, I decided to join the spaces and cut in one piece each letter. Some letters were segmented and others were not.

4.- Pegar las letras según el contenido diseñado. Se debe ser cuidadoso de respetar las distancias entre letra y letra, así como entre palabra y palabra ya que para los compradores la lectura del cartel debe ser fluida y no confusa. Terminar el trabajo haciendo un pequeño borde al cartel (blanco o plateado) para enmarcarlo y resaltarlo.
4.- Paste the letters according to the designed content. Be careful to respect the distances between letters, as well as between words, since the reading of the poster must be fluid and not confusing for the buyers. Finish the work by making a small border on the poster (white or silver) to frame it and highlight it.
