Before you start anything you have to be in an agreement with yourself first because that is the first and key step to take. Only when you are determined can you be focused. You must not be going through difficulty before deciding, but what you need to consider is what made you decide to start this journey and this should be your motivation. Learning from others' experience will also help you to determine how effective you will be.
CONSISTENCY:
Consistency helps you to grow and improve in all areas but like I said earlier success comes with a price and this may include your time and sometimes sleepless nights. On this platform I believe consistency helps improve your writing skills,reading ability and it also helps in improving your thinking capacity with time. It's true that all these are not easy to achieve and that is why consistency is a key factor in achieving your goals on this platform.

EXPECTED END RESULTS
What you tend to achieve from these platform should be your strength while working, I know I'm also a newbie here, I think joined less than a month ago or a month now but from watching my friend consistency, hard work and determination towards achieving his goals made me realize that for me to grow and improve in this platform I must do the same. There are times you will be tired and stressed or frustrated because you're not reaching your expectations as you've planned but if you keep up the hard work and remind yourself the reason you joined this platform in the first place, I believe you will surely achieve your goals. Like they say, IT WILL ONLY TAKE TIME BUT A STAMMERER WILL DEFINITELY CALL HIS MOTHER'S NAME*. So it will take time but you will definitely achieve your goals here.
Having a positive mindset towards what you do will also help you in achieving your goal, ask questions when you are confused and try understanding the platform more better by exploring it. With full dedication you will surely achieve your goal and also try to participate in every activity at your reach. It will help you more. Having a weekly or daily plan will also help you too. I strongly believe that if you put all this into practice you will surely achieve your goal. I'm trying my best working with this principle. It's not easy for me due to some certain challenges but I believe if I continue to work hard I will reach the height or level I wish to be someday.
