This is my entry to the 5 Minutes Freewrite Writing Prompt; Decrease The Stress.
I've been getting really active on X (formerly Twitter) since this week, and I've come across a lot of inspiring and motivational posts that speak so much about personal development and whatnot.
A bunch of those also talked about stress.
It's not a surprise that stress is becoming a recurring topic in this day and time, especially at the beginning of a New Year.
I'm sure that most people walk into this new year with big goals and plans which they would be happy to achieve. I'm also very sure that you are aware about how tough it can be to hit goals.
We know all about that, yet we have to do what needs to be done in order to increase our chances of hitting our goals.
That's where stress comes in!
From the time I woke up this morning, I've been working for the most part of each day till this moment. Doing that, despite the fact that I enjoy my work, is still not an easy thing.
It can be super stressful and that is why I always give myself break while working. I take a Break to freshen up, eat a meal, take a walk, and do some chores.
In the grand scheme of things, the break also helps me to decrease the stress attached to the work I do.
