It's definitly different front end from PeakD, Ecency, etc. This new Leofinance.io is still a work in progress and is going through a shake down to get all the bugs out.

There have been reports on Discord that whole posts were lost and the Devs suggested keeping a Document copy version should you get to being 90 something percent done and ....it's gone.
I recall having painstakingly crafted a Thread with exactly to the 240 chareacter limit, only to disappear the moment I threaded it. They're working out the Bugs as they are being found.

Leo can't just have all the fun. Hive power up day came well before Leo got their very own power up day. Use the #hpud or #hivepowerupday tag and with as little as 10 hive powered up on the 1st of the month can qualify you to get at least the/a badge. And if you're real lucky a prize like a significant Delegation, Hive Engine tokens, NFTs, etc. I don't qualify anymore since I am over the 8k hp & the Rep 70+ Threasholds.

I need to give it a try. I was using the leo finance app, but its not been working for a while. The actual website i find it hard to use threads. I think its because im using mobile, the browser is not optimise !

It was released before it was fully functional to meet the May 1st roll out deadline. True, there are bugs with this U.I. but the fastest way to find and correct all the bugs is input from the community itself.
I found out after a week that this was not compatable with Firefox and so I ended up installing the Brave browser to be able to vote.
Just give them time to get it out of Beta mode.

About 7k of them I earned while writing one and at best two posts a week but the remaining 8k of hive came from a Dogecoin windfall thanks to Elon Musk pumping that meme coin back in the Spring of 2021.
I got lucky holding 80k of Dogecoin I had in an old computer that barely ran on Window XP.

I have to admit this takes some getting used to, a lot of features do not have full functionality yet, or those we were already accustomed to on the old UI. Besides the emphasis is largely on Threading / Microblogging in a TWITTER like style and less on the long form posting. I'm so used to the long form. So, were dealing with the mindset of shortened attention spans.
