Yes, a good selection of choice foods do make a big difference in recovering from sickness. Adding Some Yam or Plantain and perhaps some parsley or ginger makes an ordinary bowl of Chicken broth into the perfect meal for the cold or flu sufferer and quickly recover.
I usually have a cup of coffee but I like Green Tea as well each having therapeutic benefits.
