This past weekend, I had the incredible opportunity to attend the HiveFest in Split, Croatia. It was an experience that went beyond my expectations, not just for the stunning location, but for the amazing diversity of people I had the chance to meet.
At HiveFest, I connected with attendees from all over the world—Ukraine, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Australia, Colombia, Mexico, the United States, Germany, Hungary, Serbia, and, of course, Poland, where I currently live. The sheer variety of cultures and backgrounds was mind-blowing. There were so many fascinating conversations, and it was truly enriching to exchange ideas with people who have completely different perspectives and experiences.
I also had the chance to talk about my home country, Panama, with many new friends. One of the topics that came up frequently was the Panama Canal, a symbol of innovation and global connectivity. It was exciting to share this piece of my culture with people who might not have been as familiar with it.
Being at HiveFest was more than just attending a blockchain conference—it was about being part of a global community. The energy of the event, combined with the beauty of Split, created a perfect setting for networking, learning, and growing both personally and professionally.
This video captures some of those special moments, and I hope you enjoy watching it as much as I enjoyed living it. Check it out and get a glimpse of what it’s like to be part of this vibrant and diverse community!
