Today we all went up to Dublin zoo, Aimee's cousin, his partner and their two kids came over from Liverpool, and her grandparents came along for the trip too.
We had a really good day, and Kaleb was having so much fun with his little cousins. He loved playing around, looking at the animals, and having some sweets throughout the day.
These two were so funny, and they were basically just staring at us.
At first it was just the one, but then after a few minutes the second monkey came up and sat down to, to look at us all.
At first, this monkey was sitting alone, but then his whole family came along.
The kids were all excited to see just one of these guys sitting alone, but they went wild as the other one came along with the small baby too.
They're so cute, and the baby was pulling out of its parents hair to get over and steal some food.
Aimee got a nice picture of me and Kaleb at the small play area.
As soon as Kaleb saw the kids running around and playing, he was straight over, and liked going down the slide, but he was nearly more interested in this monkey statue.
After snapping a shot of just me and Kaleb, she joined in for a little family selfie.
As we made our way to the Africa plains, we were trying to let Kaleb have a little nap.
He was so tired, and his little cousin was having a sleep, so figured it would be best for him to have one too.
However, when we got to the giraffes, and saw that one was right in front of us, we knew we had to get him out of the pram so he could have a look.
He was amazed by it.
The gorillas had us all in stitches, and were jumping around and being mad.
Kaleb couldn't take his eyes off them for a minute, especially since every few seconds one of them was doing something, whether it was swinging from the ceiling, climbing up the ropes, or playing with eachother.
Here's the big boss, watching over over one else in his... troop?
The cheetahs were out, and had a bit of grub as well.
When we were in Foto wildlife park in Cork, we were so close to the cheetahs, and they're such cool cats. These guys were a bit further away, but it was still cool seeing them.
For turtles, these guys can move fairly quickly.
After getting some food in the meerkat cafe, Kaleb went down to the window and was having a look at them.
This has always been one of my favourite places in the zoo. It's great being able to have some lunch while the meerkats all play around in their enclosure.
About 2 years ago we done the wild lights in the zoo.
It's a night time tour, where they have every pathway decorated with these really interesting looking decorations, and to make it better, they all light up in vibrant colours.
This year, we're guessing it's kind of historical themed, but there are also dinosaurs, so I'd say it could potentially be a timeline of world history.
The window is a wee bit dirty, but I love these little things, they're so cute.
We had such a fun day out, but we got home fairly late. Kaleb only slept for about 40 minutes, but as I write this, he's fast asleep in his cot.
