My entry is from last weekend's hike in the Czech Beskidy Mts. While ascending Lysa Hora (1323m asl), we saw the phenomenon of thermal inversion. Cold, dump air lingered in the valleys, while warm air escaped up and we enjoyed a beautiful weather.
