There is one particular panda on the coin. Each year, the image of the coin changes as the panda grows.
This panda has been on the coin since 2019 and will be there until 2029 if nothing happens.
I only started acquiring silver coins last year. So I have pandas 2022 and 2023. I will probably buy some older ones as well.
The other side of the coin is not so interesting anymore.
African wildlife. This is another series of coins with images of animals. Two series are minted in Bavaria. Leopards and Elephants. I only have this one so far. But I think I'll show more soon...
Formally, it is a Somali coin, 100 shillings. One ounce of 999/1000 silver.
But most coins are without a story. Coat of arms... Queen... Still the same Maple Leaf or Kangaroo. Only the year changes and sometimes even the image of the monarch as he ages. Isn't that a shame?
Mince s příběhem
Čínská mince, 10 yuanů. Na minci je jedna konkrétní panda. Každý rok se obraz mince mění, jak panda roste. Pro mě je panda to nejroztomilejší zvíře.
Tato panda je na minci od roku 2019 a pokud se nic nestane, bude tam až do roku 2029.
Stříbrné mince jsem začal získávat teprve minulý rok. Mám tedy pandy 2022 a 2023. Asi koupím i nějaké starší.
Africká divoká zvěř. To je další série mincí s obrazy zvířat. V Bavorsku se razí dvě série. Leopari a Sloni. Zatím mám jen tohoto jednoho. Ale myslím, že brzy ukážu i další.
Formálně se jedná o somálskou minci, 100 shillinků. Jedna unce stříbra 999/1000.
Většina mincí je ale bez příběhu. Erb... Královna... Stále stejný javorový list nebo klokan. Mění se jen letopočet a někdy i podoba panovníka, jak stárne. Není to škoda?
