Hello everyone 😊 This post is about the food my wife cooked and vegetables in the garden I plant again. Let's start with the vegetables I plant in the home garden first. There are about 30 types of vegetables that I grow in my garden in the small area of my house. I plant only the small amount of each type of vegetable for eating and all are chemical free vegetables for the health of the family. In this post I will update just a few of the vegetables in the home garden. And these vegetables are newly planted by me to replace old vegetables which have all been harvested or have withered.
Chinese bitter gourd and zucchini. I planted a few chinese bitter gourd and zucchini plants. Now it's starting to grow more and it's blooming. When the flowers of these vegetables are blooming now. Insects are flying around the flowers of these vegetables again. And I was able to take pictures of bees and flowers of chinese bitter gourd.

The yardlong bean plants are now blooming and bearing fruit as well.

The green brinjal plants is now beginning to bloom and bear fruit. These green brinjal plantsare the green brinjal plants I planted to replace the old brinjal plants. The old green brinjal plants was wither and I pulled it a month ago.

My newly planted cucumbers are growing more and now they are blooming and bearing fruit as well.

Additionally, there is water convolvulus that I just planted. It is now growing into a seedling.
It's time to share the foods of my family that my wife has cooked it. The food for this post was cooked by the wife the other day.
Four days ago I shared a food cook from potatoes, Thai soup with potato and pork. This post I share food cook from potatoes as well. But it's a clear soup with potatoes and chicken.
I also shared a spicy soup with shred chicken, northern thai pork and tomato chilli dip (nam prik ong) that my wife cooked in this post too.
What vegetables does my wife harvest in the home garden to cook these foods? Take a look.
The first vegetable she harvested was spring onion to cook spicy soup with shred chicken, clear soup with potato and chicken, and northern thai pork and tomato chilli dip (nam prik ong).

How to cook spicy soup with shred chicken.
Step 1 : Boil the soup. Put water in a pot and boil. Then put the lemongrass leaves in the pot and season with pork flavour seasoning powder in the pot and boil until the water boils.
Step 2 : Once the water is boiling, put the chicken in the pot and boil until the chicken is cooked.
Step 3 : While waiting for the chicken to be cooked. Cut vegetables which are all ingredients for this menu.
Step 4 : When the chicken is cooked, scoop the chicken out onto a plate.
Step 5 : When the chicken is not hot. Shred the chicken and put it in the pot to boil again.
Step 6 : Put all the cut vegetables in the pot and boil until all the vegetables are cooked.
Step 7 : Put the cayenne pepper in the pot and stir. Boil for a while and turn off the gas stove.
Done, spicy soup with shred chicken.

How to cook clear soup with potato and chicken.
Step 1 : Cut the potatoes, carrots and shallots into pieces.
Step 2 : Boil water in a pot. Then put pork flavour seasoning powder and turmeric, boil until the water boils. When the water is boiling, put the chicken in the pot and boil.
Step 3 : When the chicken is cooked, add the cut shallots to the pot and boil for a while.
Step 4 : Put the cut carrots in the pot and boil for a while.
Step 5 : Put the cut potatoes in the pot and boil until all the ingredients in the pot are cooked.
Step 6 : Put the cut spring onion in the pot and boil for a while and turn on the gas stove.
Done, clear soup with potato and chicken.

How to cook northern thai pork and tomato chilli dip (nam prik ong).
Step 1 : Cut the tomatoes and chop the pork to make minced pork. Then pound garlic, shallots, shrimp paste and cayenne pepper mix together in a mortar to cook curry paste for chilli dip.
Step 2 : Put vegetable oil in the pan. Then add the curry paste to the pan and fry the curry paste with vegetable oil until the curry paste is cooked and fragrant.
Step 3 : Put the minced pork in the pan and stir-fry until cooked.
Step 4 : Put the cut tomatoes to the pan and stir-fry with the minced pork.
Step 5 : Put the sliced culantro and sliced green onions in the pan and stir-fry for a while, turn off the gas stove.
