Let's go through the detail of this monster first.

	+1 magic attack	Earth	Taking into account the ruleset and monster options that I had. I chose to use earth splinter. I used a combination of melee and magic attack monsters in my lineup. I had some melee attack monster with great stats and ability in the earth splinter. I was not really sure what kind of splinter that will be used by the opponent as he used a random splinter in his previous battle.

1st	Mycelic Infantry		Shield & Giant Killer	Mycelic Infantry lv5 has 4 melee attacks, 1 speed, 9 health, and 3 armors. He has shield and giant killer abilities. He is a great tank for melee and ranged attacks. That is the reason why I put him in the first position. I guess the majority of the opponent's monsters will be melee attack monsters because of the melee mayhem ruleset.
2nd	Grund		Double Strike & Trample	Grund lv 4 has 4 melee attacks, 3 speeds, and 11 health. He has double strike & trample abilities. I put him in the second position as the 2nd tank. He is a great tank and attacker. I really like his double strike ability which could attack twice in each round. I expect him to kill some monsters with his abilities.
3rd	Legionnaire Alvar		Void Armor, Giant Killer, & Demoralize	Legionnaire Alvar lv3 has 3 melee attacks, 2 speeds, 6 health, & 9 armors. He also void armor, giant killer, and demoralize. He is great tank for all kinds of attacks but for this battle, he is quite weak as his armors will be taken out due to the unprotected ruleset. On top of that, he has an important debuff ability that might be needed in this battle which reduces melee attack of the opponent's monsters.
4th	Disintegrator		Demoralize & Trample	Disintegrator lv6 has 3 melee attacks, 2 speeds, 6 health, and 3 armors. Same as Legionnaire Alvar, he has important debuff ability ( demoralize ) that might be needed in the battle. The opponent's melee attacks will be reduced by 2 attacks in total.
5th	Mycelic Slipspawn		Taunt & Forcefield	Mycelic Slipspawn Lv 5 has 2 magic attacks, 3 speeds, and 12 health. He has taunt ability which could trigger the opponent's monsters to attack him except the monster in the first position.
6th	Magi of Chaos		-	Magi of Chaos lv 4 has 3 magic attacks, 2 speeds, and 7 health. I chose him because he will have 4 magic attacks ( + buff from Obsidian ) and decent health.

ROUND 1

• The opponent used the Earth splinter.
• The opponent's lineups are Obsidian (Summoner), Unicorn Mustang lv1 (1st position), Disintegrator lv8 (2nd position), Regal Peryton lv6 (3rd position), Goblin Psychic lv8 (4th position), Supply Runner lv8 (5th position), and Mycelic Slipspawn lv6 in the last position.

• Round 1 started with buff and debuff process by both team as follows :

• Regal Peryton attacked first and followed by Supply Runner.

• Unicorn Mustang couldn't give any damage to Mycelic Infantry as he only has 1 melee attack.

• Both sides of the backline monsters focused on attacking Mycelic Slipspwans.

• Grund managed to apply 6 damages to the opponent's Mycelic Slipspawn.

• Magi of Chaos managed to kill the opponent's Mycelic Slipspawn.

• After that, Goblin Psychic also managed to kill my Mycelic Slipspawn.

• My plan worked so far in the round 1.

ROUND 2

• Magi of Chaos managed to kill Unicorn Mustang.
• Legionnaire Alvar, Disintegrator, and Mycelic Infantry take turn on attacking the opponent's Disintegrator and managed to kill him.

ROUND 3

• Regal Peryton managed to kill Mycelic Infantry at the beginning of the round 3.
• Legionnaire Alvar and Disintegrator tried to attack Regal Peryton but missed.
• Luckily, I still have Magi of Chaos that can give 3 magic damages to Regal Peryton.

ROUND 4

• Supply Runner managed to kill Grund at the beginning of the round 4.
• Magi of Chaos managed to kill Regal Peryton.
• Legionnaire Alvar and Disintegrator take turn on attacking Goblin Psychic and managed to kill him.

ROUND 5

• Round 5 is slow killing process as Supply Runner couldn't attack back because he is in the first position.
• Legionnaire Alvar managed to kill him and ended the battle.

DID MY STRATEGY WORK?

• Yes, my strategy is working effectively as planned.

• Double debuff from Demoralize ability caused the opponent's Unicorn Mustang and Disintegrator couldn't give any damage to my Mycelic Infantry.

• Luckily, I have Magi of Chaos in my lineup as it was really hard to kill Regal Peryton with melee attack monsters.

CONCLUSION

• Disintegrator is a good card with his demoralize ability.

• Considering his mana cost and his stats, I rarely use him as a tank in my battle. I usually use him when there are rulesets e.g. Super Sneak, Melee Mayhem, Equal Opportunity, and Up Close & Personal.
