Admittedly, I've never watched Breaking Bad. Maybe one day I'll sit down and binge it, but for now I just don't have the patience. Regardless, I have seen the above image more times than I can count in memes and shit. So when I read the zealy challenge to draw a lion engaging in hustling activities... I knew what I had to do.
I whipped out the stylus and fired up Krita to start the drawing. The hustling activity? Well, that's cooking meth, of course. Just like Walter White.
I really wasn't sure if I could pull this off and make it look decent. Close up portraits are very difficult in my opinion. I made it happen, though.
At first I hated the way the face looked... But after adding some shading and reworking the lines, it turned out pretty awesome. I'm definitely happy with it.
A few more layers of shading... and it was complete!
