Gabe stretched for a while, eyeing the weights on the rack and labelled "EASY". He rolled his beefy arms, confident he could lift them and move to those marked "AVERAGE".

He tried and almost fell. "What? Are you kidding me?"

His trainer said, "No. Keeping fit is no small feat".
