I love these pie mixes, which make the pie quickly and always turn out great.
As I understand it, this mixture has all the right ingredients added to help the cake always rise magnificently.
The recipe is written on the back of the package, it is very simple.
We take out the mixture from the bag, pour it into a deep cup.
Add 3 raw eggs.
Add 1/2 cup vegetable oil.
Add 1 glass of water.
Stir all this with a mixer or a spoon until smooth.
I divide into 2 parts to make 2 layers of the pie.I take a container (this time I have an oblong, low oven container).
I put baking paper on the bottom.
Lubricate the paper with a small amount of vegetable oil (I think that you can not lubricate, because there is oil inside the dough).
I pour half of the dough into it.
Preheat oven to 350 FT.
We put the dishes on the middle shelf for 25-30 minutes.
We get it, we get such a pie (the first part).
You can check with a toothpick by piercing the cake whether it is ready or not.
If the toothpick stays clean and no dough sticks to it, then the cake is ready.
We bake the second part of the pie in the same way.
Now let the cake cool and coat it with any of your favorite cream.
This time I also have store-bought cream, vanilla icing.
Lubricate the first cake...
put the second.
We coat the second cake layer on top, we coat the cake from the sides - and the cake is ready.
I had some cherries. I removed the pits and garnished the top of the pie with cherry halves.
The pie is ready.
Bon Appetit!!!
