What I Discovered in My Children's Student Reports!

On December 20, my wife and I rushed to the school to collect our children's reports. First, I went to my son's school; he's in primary school. After that, I headed to my daughter's school, where she's in junior school. It was a busy day, but I couldn't wait to see how they were doing and to finally get their progress reports.

The parking lot was filled with motorcycles. All the teachers were waiting in their classrooms, ready for the parents to arrive. Some parents stood in line, each lost in thought, wondering how their children were doing. The air was filled with quiet anticipation as they nervously waited to receive their kids' reports, hoping to hear good news about their progress and performance in school.

Snack and toy vendors were set up in front of the school, waiting for small purchases from parents and students. Some students didn’t attend school that day, making the atmosphere quieter than usual. The school wasn't as busy with kids, as many were absent, leaving the area less lively.

After 15 minutes, my wife came out holding my son’s report. She smiled and mentioned that he was only good at physical education. I reassured her, saying, "It's okay." We both laughed a little, understanding that every child has their strengths, and we would support him to improve in other areas.

Then we rode to my daughter's school. Oh no, it was packed. The schoolyard was overflowing with motorcycles. My wife got off and walked in, heading straight to my daughter’s class teacher. The busy scene made me feel a bit anxious, but we hoped to get the report quickly and head home.

After 30 minutes, my wife came out, looking happy. My daughter had earned the best achievement in her class. I told her that all kids were different. While my son excelled in sports, my daughter thrived academically. We were proud of both of their unique strengths and talents.
Then we rode home.
