After suffering for a few years, she decided it's time to have a diet and take healthy eating seriously. For so many years, she ate what she wanted, and look what this habit has gotten her. She was willing to do the hard work. She visited a nutritionist, and she gave her a meal plan. She tried it to lose weight. She also got a gym membership.
After one year, Janet lost a lot of weight that she was not recognizable. She became a new person. Eating snacks, processed food and fast food was still desirable for her, but she couldn't just forget about all her hard work and start her bad habits again, but once a while she treated herself.
