Focus On Holozing and ZING Market Value (July 7, 2024 - September 21, 2024) + My Investment Strategy Update and My Zing Accumulation Progress
Almost two months have passed since my last post about Holozing and today I return to share my evaluations, my goals and my investment strategy about this interesting project.
If you don't know Holozing, you should know that Holozing is a Hive-based project of a Pokemon-style RPG game (Web3 enabled monster catching, training, and battling game).
The game is in development and is behind the dates in the initial roadmap but the development team is at work and in my opinion it is understandable that there may be delays in development especially for games that have structured gameplay at the base like RPG games and also considering that 2023 and 2024 have not been easy years for many blockchain-based projects.
Hive is my favorite blockchain platform and Hive games are one of my passions and I continue to be very interested in the Holozing project because there are several games on Hive but to date it is still only Splinterlands the game that has a structured and fun PvP gameplay at its base and I hope that Holozing can, once released, complement Splinterlands and double the fun available to Hivers who like PvP type games.
@acidyo in a recent post posted some interesting information about the Holozing project including the period when the game is planned to be released with the PvP mode active: Q1 2025

I am unfortunately not an artist but a simple gamer who loves to play Hive games, and for this reason Holozing is the game I am most interested in among all the hive-based games in development.
At the end of July (July 22, 2024), Holozing distributed via claim the first Soubound NFT and adjusted the distribution of ZING tokens by adding a total of approximately 140K ZING per day to incentivize support for the project.
In the current stage of development of Holozing, it is not possible to play and it is not possible to purchase NFTs and card packs, but it is possible to accumulate ZING tokens (Holozing's native token) through:
- the direct purchase from the market
- 3 distribution methods (staking, HP delegation, liquidity Pool).
For this reason, my investment strategy on Holozing has so far always been based on and strongly influenced by the movement of the value of the ZING token and it is for the same reason that I begin this post precisely with a focus on the market value of the ZING token in a 51-day time interval: July 8, 2024 - September 21, 2024.
ZING: Focus on Market Value and propensity to staking in the time interval: July 8, 2024 - September 21, 2024
The last time I checked the value of the token ZING and shared my focus on this token was July 8, 2024, 75 days ago.
On July 8, 2024 - 20:00 UTC+2:
- the ZING token has a market price = $0.0006.
- Circulating Supply: 64.21 million
- Total staked: 51.29 million
- Market Cap: 34.67k USD
Today September 21, 2024 - 19:41 UTC+1:
- the ZING token has a market price = $0.0006.
- Circulating Supply: 87.49 million
- Total staked: 71.22 million
- Market Cap: 53.49k USD
In a 75-day interval:
- Circulating Supply: +23.28 million
- Total staked: +19.93 million
- Market Cap: +18.82k USD

In the table below, I have calculated the difference in value in HIVE and dollars recorded by the ZING token over a 75-day time interval (July 8, 2024 - September 21, 2024).
In a time interval of 75 days (July 8, 2024 - September 21, 2024):
The dollar value of the HIVE token increased: +0.01$ = +5.24%
The dollar value of the ZING token also increased with a larger increase for the Highest Bid value:
- Highest Bid value: +0.0000703$ = +13.04%%
- Lowest Ask value: +0.0000370$ = +6.14%
In the screenshot below you can see all future use cases of the ZING token which are all use cases related to game activity.
I have shown the future use cases that the ZING token will have because that will be an important time for the ZING token because in-game use cases could affect its value in a positive way.
One element that I consider important for a project under development is the stacking propensity.
The staking propensity of ZING token holders has increased over the past 75 days: +1.53%. This figure shows that confidence in this project is very high.
This data is definitely a positive aspect that shows that confidence in the project by ZING stakeholders is very high.
Every time I have published a post on Holozing I have kept track of this data, and in the image below you can see the data on the propensity to staking ZING tokens that I have recorded in different time intervals starting from December 4, 2023 to today September 21, 2024.
How have the APRs of the three ZING token distribution methods changed after 75 days?

The changes recorded after 75 days are:
- APR Staking: 14.23% -> 20.50%.
- APR HP Delegation: 10.64% -> 13.69%
- APR Liquidity Pool (ZING:SWAP.HIVE): 35.30% -> 30.01%
HP delegation APR and staking APR increased compared to 75 days ago while liquidity pool APR decreased by 5.29%.
My ZING Accumulation Strategy
After 5 years on Hive, I have gained some experience in blockchain-based games, and predicting a gradual decrease in the value of the ZING token I have always implemented a bi-directional investment strategy based on accumulating ZING tokens but also selling some of the ZING tokens I have accumulated.
To date, I have always staked all the ZING tokens I have obtained from delegation in HP and staking and have accumulated an amount of 38940 ZING tokens staked.
I am also a liquidity provider of the ZING:SWAP.HIVE pool in which I have 0.551% Shares.
Anticipating a gradual decrease in the market value of the ZING token, I sold many of the tokens I received as rewards for being a liquidity provider in the ZING:SWAP.HIVE pool.
In the time interval between November 7, 2023 and September 1, 2024 I sold 40298.65 ZING tokens to build my Holozing piggy bank containing 446.93 SWAP.HIVE = $93.85.
I will use all the accumulated value in my Holozing Piggy Bank to buy Holozing starter packs when the sale starts even though it will not be enough value to reach my purchase goal related to starter packs because I would like to buy 10 starter packs for which I will need 193 HBD.
I consider the current value of the ZING token to be close to its possible/probable minimum and for this reason I will change my strategy again because starting today I will no longer sell the ZING tokens I receive as a reward from the pool but will put all the ZING tokens I receive into staking.
In the last 75 days I have increased the amount of ZING tokens at my disposal (ZING staked + ZING in the pool): 105858 ZING = +2345 in a 75-day interval.
By no longer selling the ZING tokens I will receive from the ZING:SWAP.HIVE pool I should accelerate my accumulation of ZING tokens for which I have decided to stop and reevaluate what to do only when I have reached 200K ZING staked.
Holozing Referral Program
On January 23, 2024, Holozing's Referral Program was activated:Referral Program is live!
I have decided to follow a win-win model for those who:
- will choose me as their referrer account:
- will use my referral link to register on Holozing.
From when the sale of starter packs begins and throughout the year 2025 I will split the rewards I receive from my referrals 50/50
So if you will be a refferal of mine and I receive $1 as a reward from one of your purchases on Holozing I will send you 50% of my earnings = $0.5.
In each month of 2025 I will note the rewards I have received and by the end of each month I will send 50% of the rewards I have received to my referrals.

Focus su Holozing e sul valore del token ZING (7 luglio - 22 settembre) + La mia strategia di investimento su Holozing
Sono passati più di due mesi dal mio ultimo post su Holozing e oggi ritorno a condividere le mie valutazioni, i miei obiettivi e la mia strategia di investimento su questo interessante progetto.
Se non conosci Holozing devi sapere chè Holozing è un progetto Hive-based di un gioco RPG stile Pokemon (Web3 enabled monster catching, training, and battling game).
Il gioco è in fase di sviluppo e lo sviluppo è in ritardo rispetto alle date presenti nella roadmap iniziale ma penso che è comprensibile che ci possano essere dei ritardi nello sviluppo soprattutto per i giochi che hanno un gameplay strutturato alla base come gli RPG games e considerando anche che il 2023 e il 2024 non sono stati anni facili per molti progetti basati su blockchain.
Hive è la mia piattaforma blockchain preferita e gli Hive games sono una delle mie passioni e continuo ad essere molto interessato al progetto Holozing perchè su Hive ci sono diversi giochi ma fino ad oggi è ancora solo Splinterlands il gioco che ha un gameplay PvP strutturato e divertente alla base e spero che Holozing possa, una volta rilasciato, affiancare Splinterlands e raddoppiare il divertimento a disposizione per gli Hivers che amano i giochi della tipologia PvP.
@acidyo in un suo recente post ha pubblicato alcune interessanti informazioni sul progetto Holozing tra cui il periodo in cui è pianificato il rilascio del gioco con la modalità PvP attiva: Q1 2025

Io purtroppo non sono un artista ma sono un semplice giocatore che ama giocare agli Hive games e per questo motivo Holozing è il gioco a cui sono più interessato tra tutti i giochi hive-based in fase di sviluppo.
Nell'attuale fase di sviluppo di Holozing non è possibile giocare e non è ancora possibile acquistare NFT e pacchi di carte ma è possibile accumulare i token ZING (il token nativo di Holozing) tramite:

La mia strategia di investimento su Holozing è stata fino ad ora sempre fortemente influenzata dall'andamento del valore del token ZING ed è per questo motivo che inizio questo post proprio con un focus sul valore di mercato del token ZING in un intervallo di tempo di 75 giorni: 8 luglio 2024 - 21 settembre 2024.

L'ultima volta che ho controllato il valore del token ZING ed ho condiviso il mio focus su questo token era il giorno 8 luglio 2024, 75 giorni fa.

- il token ZING aveva un market price = 0.0006$
- Circulating Supply: 64.21 milioni

Nella tabella seguente ho calcolato la differenza di valore in HIVE e in dollari registrata dal token ZING in un intervallo di tempo di 75 giorni (8 luglio 2024 - 21 settembre 2024).
In un intervallo di tempo di 75 giorni (8 luglio 2024 - 21 settembre 2024):
Il valore in dollari del token HIVE è aumentato: +0.01$ = +5.24%
Anche il valore in dollari del token ZING è aumentato con un incremento maggiore per il valore Highest Bid:
- valore Highest Bid: +0.0000703$ = +13.04%%
- valore Lowest Ask: +0.0000370$ = +6.14%
Nello screenshot seguente puoi vedere tutti i casi d'uso futuri del token ZING che sono tutti casi d'uso collegati all'attività di gioco.
Ho mostrato i casi d'uso futuri che avrà il token ZING perchè sarà quello un momento importante per il token ZING perchè i casi d'uso in-game potrebbero influenzare in modo positivo il suo valore.
Un elemento che considero importante per un progetto in fase di sviluppo è la propensione allo staking.
La propensione allo staking dei possessori dei token ZING è aumentata negli ultimi 75 giorni: +1.53%. Questo dato dimostra che la fiducia in questo progetto è molto alta.
Ogni volta che ho pubblicato un post su Holozing ho tenuto traccia di questo dato e nell'immagine seguente puoi vedere i dati relativi alla propensione allo staking dei token ZING che ho registrato in diversi intervalli di tempo partendo dal 4 dicembre 2023 ad oggi 21 settembre 2024.
Come sono cambiati gli APR dei tre metodi di distribuzione del token ZING dopo 75 giorni?

Le variazioni registrate dopo 75 giorni sono:
- APR Staking: 14.23% -> 20.50%
- APR HP Delegation: 10.64% -> 13.69%
- APR Liquidity Pool (ZING:SWAP.HIVE): 35.30% -> 30.01%
L'APR della delegazione in HP e l'APR dello staking sono aumentati rispetto a 75 giorni fa mentre l'APR della liquidity pool è diminuita del 5.29%.
My ZING Accumulation Strategy
Dopo 5 anni che sono su Hive ho maturato una certa esperienza nei giochi basati su blockchain e prevedendo una diminuzione progressiva del valore del token ZING ho sempre attuato una strategia di investimento bi-direzionale basata sull'accumulo dei token ZING ma anche sulla vendita di parte dei token ZING che ho accumulato.
Fino ad oggi ho sempre messo in staking tutti i token ZING che ho ottenuto dalla delega in HP e dallo staking e ho accumulato un quantitativo di 38940 ZING staked.
Sono anche un liquidity provider della pool ZING:SWAP.HIVE nella quale ho lo 0.551% di Shares.
Prevedendo una diminuzione progressiva del valore di mercato del token ZING ho venduto molti dei token che ho ricevuto come rewards per essere un liquidity provider nella pool ZING:SWAP.HIVE.
Nell'intervallo di tempo tra il 7 novembre 2023 e il 1 settembre 2024 Ho venduto 40298.65 ZING per costruire il mio Holozing salvadanaio che contiene 446.93 SWAP.HIVE = 93.85$.
Utilizzerò tutto il valore accumulato nel mio Holozing Salvadanaio per acquistare gli Holozing starter packs quando iniziarà la vendita anche se non sarà un valore sufficiente per raggiungere il mio obiettivo di acquisto relativo agli starter pack perchè mi piacerebbe acquistare 10 Starter packs per i quali avrò bisogno di 193 HBD.
Considero il valore attuale del token ZING vicino al suo possibile/probabile minimo e per questo motivo cambierò ancora la mia strategia perchè a partire da oggi non venderò più i token ZING che riceverò come ricompensa dalla pool ma metterò tutti i token ZING che riceverò in staking.
Negli ultimi 75 giorni ho incrementato il quantitativo di token ZING a mia dispozizione (ZING staked + ZING in the pool): 105858 ZING = +2345 in un intervallo di 75 giorni.
Non vendendo più i token ZING che riceverò dalla pool ZING:SWAP.HIVE dovrei accellerare il mio accumulo dei token ZING per i quali ho deciso di fermarmi e rivalutare cosa fare solo quando avrò raggiunto 200K ZING staked.
Holozing Referral Program
Il 23 gennaio 2024 è stato attivato il Referral Program di Holozing: Referral Program is live!
Ho deciso di seguire un modello win-win per chi:
- sceglierà me come referrer account:
- utilizzerà il mio referral link per registrarsi su Holozing
Da quando inizierà la vendita degli starter packs e per tutto l'anno 2025 dividerò le ricompense che riceverò dai miei referrals al 50%
Quindi se sarai un mio refferal e io riceverò 1$ come ricompensa da un tuo acquisto su Holozing io ti invierò il 50% del mio guadagno = 0.5$.
In ogni mese del 2025 annoterò le ricompense ricevute e entro la fine di ogni mese invierò il 50% delle ricompense che avrò ricevuto ai miei referrals.
Per trovare il tuo Referral Link devi effettuare dei semplici passi che puoi vedere graficamente nelle due immagini seguenti.
Per un tempo limitato e solo fino all'inizio della vendita degli starter packs puoi settare manualmente il tuo referrer account cliccando su Set Referrer
