From LeoFinance to INLEO: Rebrand Is Live - Now All Contents Are Accepted!
Just under 22 hours ago, the Leofinance account published a post in which it announced the rebranding of its name, logo, and also announced a major change regarding accepted and curated contents.
Leofinance has chosen INLEO as its new brand!
I like the new name, INLEO, much better because it is shorter and easier to remember and memorize.
The new web address is https://inleo.io but you can still use the old address https://leofinance.io
With the rebrand also came an interesting new change regarding the focus on contents.
Prior to the rebrand it was already possible to use the Leofinance UI to post content to all Hive communities and not just within the Leofinance community.
What changes with the new Leofinance->InLeo rebrand is that:
- before the rebrand it was only possible to use the tag #leofinance on financial or cryptocurrency-related content and the @leovoter account only curated this type of content.
- now on Inleo you can use the #inleo tag for any topic and content and any content can be curated by the @leo.voter account
This expands the range of content curated and supported by the @leo.voter account, and Leofinance abandons its status as a community to become with Inleo a complete Hive app because it is useful:
- to interact on the Hive blockchain in any community
- to publish content on the Hive blockchain by choosing any community
- to write short form contents = Inleo Threads = X (twitter) style content but published and stored on the Hive blockchain .
There are several User Interfaces on Hive and I think the Inleo UI will soon rank alongside the more widely used and well-known Peakd UI and Ecency UI.
I think having a choice of multiple User Interfaces is always a great thing for the Hive ecosystem because this way a new user has more options to choose from to interact with the Hive blockchain.
Now let me show you a short and quick overview of the Inleo User Interface.
In the Home section you can view the threads in chronological order from newest to oldest and you can write a thread.
In the Explore section you can search for users, communities, tags... and you can view Trending Posts
In the Articles section you can view articles published on the Hive blockchain and if you click on Create you can write your own article using the Inleo editor.
In the Communities section you can explore all the communities on Hive and you can join or unsubscribe from a community.
In the Leaderboard section you can see the users who have been most active in a daily and weekly time range.
There are 5 different leaderboards that consider different elements such as number of comments, number of votes given, number of threads posted, ...
In the Notifications section you can see all the interactions that a piece of your content has produced.
In the Profiles section you can edit your profile and view the threads and posts you have written, and you can also go to the Wallet section.
In the Settings section you can choose from different settings such as background and font color or starting vote percentage for threads and posts.
I think Leofinance has done well to think about and implement this rebrand and especially I think has done well to expand its vision to the whole Hive blockchain and to all types of content creators on the Hive blockchain.

Poco meno di 22 ore fa l'account Leofinance ha pubblicato un post in cui ha annunciato il rebranding del suo nome, del suo logo e ha annunciato anche un importante cambiamento riguardo ai contenuti accettati e curati.
Leofinance ha scelto come nuovo brand INLEO!
Il nuovo nome, INLEO, mi piace molto di più perchè è più corto e più facile da ricordare e memorizzare.
Il nuovo indirizzo web è https://inleo.io ma è possibile ancora utilizzare il vecchio indirizzo https://leofinance.io
Con il rebrand è arrivata anche un'interessante novità che riguarda il focus sui contenuti.
Prima del rebrand era già possibile utilizzare la Leofinance UI per pubblicare contenuti in tutte le comunità di Hive e non solo all'interno della comunità di Leofinance.
Quello che cambia con il nuovo rebrand Leofinance->InLeo è che:
- prima del rebrand era possibile utilizzare il tag #leofinance solo su contenuti di natura finanziaria o riguardanti il mondo delle crittovalute e l'account @leovoter curava solo questo tipo di contenuti.
- adesso su Inleo è possibile utilizzare il tag #inleo per qualsiasi argomento e contenuto e ogni contenuto può essere curato dall'account @leo.voter
Si espande così il ventaglio di contenuti curati e supportati dall'account @leo.voter e Leofinance abbandona lo status di semplice comunità per diventare con Inleo un app completa perchè è utile:
- per interagire sulla blockchain di Hive in qualsiasi comunità
- per pubblicare contenuti sulla blockchain di Hive scegliendo qualsiasi comunità
- per scrivere short form contents = Inleo Threads = contenuti X (twitter) style ma pubblicati e memorizzati sulla blockchain di Hive .
Su Hive ci sono diverse User Interfaces e penso che la Inleo UI si posizionerà presto di fianco alle più utilizzate e conosciute Peakd UI e Ecency UI.
Penso che avere la possibilità di scegliere tra più User Interfaces è sempre un ottima cosa per l'ecosistema di Hive perchè in questo modo un nuovo utente ha più opzioni tra cui scegliere per interagire con la blockchain di Hive.

Nella sezione Home puoi visualizzare i threads in ordine cronologico dal più recente al più vecchio e puoi scrivere un thread.
Nella sezione Explore puoi ricercare utenti, comunità, tags... e puoi visualizzare i Trending Posts
Nella sezione Articles puoi visualizzare gli articoli pubblicati sulla blockchain di Hive e se clicchi su Create puoi scrivere un tuo articolo usando l'editor di Inleo.
Nella sezione Communities puoi esplorare tutte le comunità di Hive e puoi iscriverti o disiscriverti da una comunità.
Nella sezione Leaderboard puoi vedere gli utenti che sono stati più attivi in un intervallo di tempo giornaliero e settimanale.
Ci sono 5 classifiche diverse che considerano elementi diversi come numero di commenti, numero di voti dati, numero di threads pubblicati, ...
Nella sezione Notifications è possibile vedere tutte le interazioni che un tuo contenuto ha prodotto.
Nella sezione Profile è possibile editare il proprio profilo e visualizzare i threads e i posts che hai scritto ed è anche possibile andare nella sezione Wallet.
Nella sezione Settings è possibile scegliere tra diversi settaggi come ad esempio lo sfondo e il colore dei caratteri o la percentuale di voto di partenza per threads e posts.
Penso che Leofinance ha fatto bene a pensare e attuare questo rebrand e soprattutto penso che ha fatto bene ad allargare la sua visione a tutta la blockchain di Hive e a tutte le tipologie di creatori di contenuti sulla blockchain di Hive.
In conclusione ti ricordo che è in corso la campagna di marketing per Hive su Zealy che ha l'obiettivo di promuovere Hive sulle piattaforme web 2.0 per portare tanti nuovi utenti attivi su Hive.
