For some time now, an area has been booming in Margarita Island, called Playa El Angel. This sector, which is basically a street with about 4 blocks, has been gradually increasing its commercial population, giving way to multiple stores, such as this one I bring you today: Maroush. It is an Arab restaurant that has a few months open to the public, and is quite large, has two floors and are Lebanese Arabs. So I assure you that the seasoning is typical from there.
We went to try it to see how delicious it is and I was delighted, I liked it very much, the seasoning is exquisite. We ordered a lamb stew, which came with rice with almonds, really tasty. They also offered us Arab breads, some of them natural, others prepared and semi toasted. Very typical Arabian definitely.
The lamb was very soft and its flavor was fantastic, although a bit strong, so there was already a moment where I didn't want any more. But it was so soft that it melted in my mouth. I would definitely go again, because even though it is a high class restaurant, the prices were relatively good for what they are known for on the island. That dish cost $16, but we were able to eat for 2 people.
If you come to the island, this Arabian food place is a good option. I send you many greetings.
