Nothing really serious though, so let's make it really quick.

How many planks are required for a full body workout everyday?

How many days should one do workout a week?

Is it healthy to do workout 7 days a week with no rest?

Is it advicable to drink water before workout?

What kind of foods are required for breakfast, lunch and dinner for a normal body shape?

What is the best exercise for losing stomach fat?

1 minute plank everyday is ok, but for a beginner it is advicable to start with 20 seconds to 30 seconds planks
