Hello great minds and good people of the MCGI Hive Community, I'm happy to be part of what is always going on here because there can never be another place better.
Thanks be to God for another wonderful and successful session of the MCGI Cares Live Event held via zoom, I was privileged to participate in the program irrespective of my poor Network that I was constantly battling with, but I never relented.
Important lesson learned from today's teaching.
There were so many teaching today, you can never listen to Bro Eli and Bro Daniel without being touched or learning something important, it is a must, I would like to share few points I noted while the teachings were going on.
Always obey the commandments of God no matter the suffering and hardship.
We know sometimes things and life can be very hard, it all happens to everyone, when this happens we should not forget our assignment here on earth to always obey the commandments of God no matter what we are going through.
We are suffering because will obey the commandments of God but I tell you this suffering cannot be compared to glory that is coming after wards, for we are not of this world so we suffer here to enjoy eternal life in heaven. No matter what we are going through let us always try to obey the doctrines and commandments of God because there is always a reward for those who do. James 2:24, Romans 8:18.
Raise Your Children in a Godly way. Ephesians 6:4.
As a Christain we should always learn to raise our kids in a Godly and holy way. Train your children to live according to the commandments of God and let it not depart from them, because your children are not well trained it also affects their children which are your generations to come. You can't be believers and a good Christian when your children are something else, it doesn't tell good of you, make sure your children obeys the doctrines of God, and there will be blessings for both you and your children.
Love.
God is the God of love, therefore whatever we do it must be in love. You are to love everyone even your enemy because Jesus also did that notwithstanding that we are sinners and do not obey his commandments. We should help, give and support our neighbors who are in need, just like The MCGI Cares family they always try to reach out to the poor and needy as much they can, that is one of the qualities of walking love, you can't love without giving and sacrificing, so let's us love always and we would receive blessings from God.
