I got up very early because we had several orders of chocolates that we have to do very early because the tempering, unmolding process takes about two hours, and then there is the refrigeration part for more than 6 hours to deliver to the customer.
Around noon I left home with my son to deliver those made the day before, we had a delivery day in Old Havana, I took advantage of the whole way and I was taking pictures as we went into those old streets of Havana that manage to bewitch me with its beautiful architectural structures of heritage value.

Les deseo a todos un día maravilloso, yo tuve uno muy productivo. Me levanté muy temprano porque teníamos varios pedidos de bombones que tenemos que hacer muy temprano porque el proceso de atemperado, desmoldado tarda unas dos horas, y luego está la parte de refrigeración durante más de 6 horas para entregar al cliente.
Cerca del mediodía salí de casa con mi hijo a entregar los elaborados el día anterior, nos tocó un día de entrega en La Habana Vieja, aproveché todo el camino y fui tomando fotos a medida que nos adentrábamos en esas viejas calles de La Habana que logran hechizarme con sus hermosas estructuras arquitectónicas de valor patrimonial.
The last delivery was on Cuarteles street between Habana and Aguiar, we were about to go back but I wanted to walk a little bit through those streets because I really like to feel the cobblestones under my feet.
I took Aguiar street and after walking more than a block I realized that I was entering the Callejón de los Peluqueros, I was there more than a year ago, I saw it less animated, but they explained to me that later it was that it was more animated and on weekends.
La última entrega fue en la calle Cuarteles entre Habana y Aguiar, estábamos a punto de regresar pero quise caminar un poco por esas calles porque me gusta mucho sentir los adoquines bajo mis pies.
Tomé la calle Aguiar y después de caminar más de una cuadra me di cuenta que estaba entrando en el Callejón de los Peluqueros, estuve allí hace más de un año, lo vi menos animado, pero me explicaron que mas tarde era que se animaba más y los fines de semana.

I adored those little balconies of turned wood over the doors , the ceilings , the lamps , everything is a beautiful set , blue and white .
Llegando a la Avenida Bélgica que es donde empieza este callejón pero yo entre alreves , encontré una casa restaurada que la vez anterior que lo visité no la había visto, está aún en reparación , pero no pude dejar de admirar su belleza . Es la casa donde nació el poeta y periodista Julián del Casal . Adoré esos pequeños balconcitos de madera torneada sobre las puertas, los techos , las lámparas , todo es un conjunto hermoso, de color azul y blanco.
When we arrived at this point we took the road back home I really enjoyed walking through these streets of Havana where places full of history, culture and colors are always waiting for us 🌈.
Al llegar a este punto tomamos el camino de regreso a casa me gustó mucho adentrarme por estás calles de la Habana donde siempre nos espera lugares llenos de historia , cultura y colores 🌈
