I feel so excited because this is the last task of the initiative, this initiative lasted for 3 months and to be honest, it was a nice experience. I am so happy that I joined this initiative because it has helped me a lot and I have learned so much.
I can’t continue this post without mentioning the masterminds who were behind this great project. I want to say a big thank you to @starstrings01 for being the founder of this project, and also for being a great teacher and leader.

Looking back at the first task of this project which was about goal setting for 3 months Sept-Dec and comparing it to my current stage, I can only smile because I exceeded most of my goals if not all. In this post, I will be comparing my growth.
I will just have to list out my goals in this post (my goal post) and compare them.

I know my HP is small, but it is always nice to appreciate yourself even with little achievements, and aim for something bigger.
MY FOLLOWERS
Getting followers is not something that I can control but only try through engagement and quality content. I was quite happy to see how I surpassed my goals.

HBD SAVINGS
As someone who loves to save, I am glad to see that I have surpassed the goal I set. It is a great achievement for me because I love the feeling of knowing I have little things saved.

Who doesn’t love a high reputation? Hehe. I am so glad to see that my reputation has increased.

I am not pleased with this, I wasn’t actively engaging during December, I will try to work hard on it because engagement is important on hive.

DREEMPORT
I joined Dreemport a few months ago and I wanted to work well on it so I added it to my goals and I saw changes.
What I started with - 6.05 dreem tokens
The goal I set - No specific goals
What I am currently with - 750+ Dreem tokens
Also as part of my goals, I explored other communities and tried to build connections.
My experience in the newbie initiative was awesome. I learnt a lot about this blockchain and a lot of tips and strategies. Most importantly, I made quite a lot of friends and also had a lot of fun with them, I’m glad I did.
This initiative is a masterpiece, it encouraged me not to give up on whatever I was doing regardless of how things were. Just be determined. It was great to have gotten beautiful ideas from this project.
I enjoyed the newbie initiative program, it is something I can recommend to any newbies because it will help them grow.

To be honest, I don’t really have anything to contribute to the newbie initiative program that can make it better because, to me, it was a nice one.
But if at all I were to suggest something, it would be communication. The communication is quite poor, among the newbies, if there is strong communication it is easier for us to grow together, also I would say communication between the admins and the newbies, maybe more like a thought on their progress.
Regardless, I had a fun time and I am glad I made friends.
