Welcome to another one of my Splinterlands posts, where I share updates and discoveries about my favorite online game, Splinterlands.
I've been playing Splinterlands for a long time, and the highest league I've ever reached is Gold. Back then, whenever I ran out of energy, I wouldn’t buy more because I was saving my Glint for reward cards. I also avoided renting expensive or numerous cards, and my regular rentals back then didn’t exceed 500 DEC for two days of rentals.
I was quite busy before, and I knew that trying to rank up would require a lot of time playing the game.
But recently, I suddenly decided to just keep playing and renting the cards I wanted.
I still don’t go all out on renting cards that cost more than 50 DEC per day, but now I rent more cards, even if I know I won’t frequently use them in battles.
I also spent the Glint I had been saving to buy energy so I could play more, which extended my game time online.
Finally, I managed to reach the Diamond league.
As usual, my rewards chests were mostly filled with Merits—hahaha! But at least I got one Epic Reward card.
The highest rating I reached was 3080, just 20 points away from Diamond II, but then I started losing several matches in a row.
Right now, I’m at 2960, 140 points short. There are still a few hours left, but I’m not sure if I’ll make it to Diamond League, as I’ve run out of energy and it’s tough to win against opponents who can afford to rent expensive cards.See you in my next post, where I’ll probably share my EOS rewards and how I’ll use the Glint I’ve accumulated.
If you also want to enjoy playing Splinterlands, you can click my banner with the referral link. You can try the game in free-to-play mode first, but if you want to earn while playing, you need to buy a Spellbook which costs only $10. I’m sure you’l
l enjoy this game because I’ve been playing it for over 2 years and I still haven’t gotten tired of it.
