I tried to make my wife angry last night, hoping she would give me a black eye so I could post it for the Black Color Challenge this week. Unfortunately, I wasn't successful. She stayed calm and just pinched me instead. Hahaha!
I also tried popping some pimples, thinking I might find a blackhead, but nothing came out except whiteheads.
Do you think I'd win if I posted a picture of blackheads? Hahaha!
So now, I need to think of something black that I can post that actually has some meaning in my life. I don't want to just take a picture of something black without having a story to tell about it.
There are so many black things I could photograph because so many things are made of black material. It's a shame my black dog passed away, he would have been a great topic for this color challenge.
There's also a stray black cat hanging around our yard, but it's raining today so I can't go out to find it. Besides, it's probably not there anyway, maybe cuddling with another cat somewhere because, as you know, cuddling feels great when it's cold.
I thought of taking a selfie because my mom once said I'm the black sheep of the family, but that probably wouldn't be accepted as an entry.
So I thought about it, what black thing do I want to share? Then I remembered that I have a black jersey. But wait, didn’t I post a jersey last week? Ah yes, but that one was red, and this one is black.
But since I don't want my post to be boring, there's a good story behind this, and I won’t just post my jersey. I'll post a Black-Themed Fashion look.
So I have this imitation black jersey, which I bought because I got jealous of a friend’s jersey and decided to get one too. His was red, so I chose black.
The next black item in my getup is a black Under Armour cap that my uncle gave me when he came home from the US for a vacation. He asked me what I wanted before he left, and I said a size 8 cap. So when he returned, he gave me this, and I was thrilled.
Next is my cheap black watch that you can buy from TikTok shop. It's very affordable, but it goes well with my black jersey and cap.
And to complete my look, since it’s raining today, I'll include my favorite black jacket.
