Overview
Today I brought a Brawl battle, where I have to deal with one of the powerful monster in the whole game and that is Quora Towershed. Her power comes from one of her ability, which is the Bloodlust annd that means if she manages to kill her target she will be able to increase her own stats by one permanently. On top of that she is able to heal herself allowing her to outlast her enemies. 😊
My upcoming Battle ruleset(s)

Ruleset | Description |
---|---|
What Doesn't Kill You | All Monsters have the Enrage ability. |
Up to Eleven | All Monsters have the Amplify ability. |
The mana cap for my next battle is 42, which is more than enough for my strategy and usually I use the same if I building this lineup. The What Doesn't Kill You ruleset is quite good for me, because it means if a monster got damaged their attack and speed will be increased by 50% as long as they are not fully healed. 😁
The Up to Eleven ruleset will give the Amplify ability to all the monsters on the battlefield, which means if they have any kind of ability, which is reflect the reflected damage will be increased. 😉
My lineup
![]() | Possibilus the Wise cost 6 mana as a summoner, which is almost the most expensive in the game, but in return he has three ability to give it to his monsters. He will increase the health of all of his friendly monsters by two and he also gives the Reach ability to them as well, which means that all the melee attack monsters from the second position will be able to attack. The Trample ability will provide an extra attack to his melee attack monsters in case they kill an enemy monster. 😌 |
The Diemonshark is an excellent Water tank, because he has quite a lot of Speed, Damage and Health, which is also an excellent combination with the Enrage ability to increase his stats by 50% if he is damaged. His only weakness is the lack of protective abilites, but if he manages to kill his enemies quick than this would be no problem. 😁 | ![]() |
![]() | The Coastal Sentry is the perfect pair with Possibilus, because she will receive the Reach ability, which will enable her to attack from the second position as a melee attacker. She also has the Double Strike ability, so she will be able to attack twice in every round. 😇 |
The Djinn Oshannus is an excellent off tank and damage dealer, because he has a lot of health and also has the Void ability, which means that he is well protected against the enemy incoming magic attacks. 😆 | ![]() |
![]() | The Deeplurker is an excellent melee attack monster, because he has quite good damage, but more importantly he has the Opportunity ability as well, which means that he is able to attack the lowest health monster from the enemy team. 😌 |
The Merdaali Guardian will be an excellent addition to my team, because she is able to Heal the first monster in my lineup making it sustain more damage. 😊 | ![]() |
![]() | I didn't had too much mana left, so I had to use a cheap monster, which was Igor Darkspear who is an excellent damage dealer for only two mana. 😋 |
The Battle

My opponent brought the Obsidian, who is an Earth Summoner and usually used with a full magic attack team. This time my opponent chooses to use her to boost up his Quora even more, because she will give +1 magic to all of her friendly monsters.
Most of my monsters were quicker than my opponent monsters except their Venari Knifer, but as soon as he attacked my team killed him rather quickly. Sadly my Sentry took some serious hit attacking him, because he had the Thorns ability. 😆
As soon as he died, my Sentry got a free attack against their Quora, because Wise gave her the Trample ability. For the moment Quora couldn't kill my tank, which is good and soon after my Deeplurker eliminated their Venari Spellsmith from the end of their backline.
In the second round my tank and off-tank straight away attacked their Quora with their 13 damage total, which was more than enough to kill her otherwise she would be out of control in no time. Using her free attack again from the Trample my Sentry killed their Magi and only two monsters left in the enemy team.
It was very easy for my team to kill those two and they managed to win this battle for me. 😇

Battle Result
Did your strategy work? What will you try differently next time?
My strategy was to utilise the powers from my Summoner and that is why I used two very powerful attacker as my tank and off-tank. Together they were able to damage 13 on one target, which is enough even against a powerful monster such as Quora. 😊
If you would like to use some of my dividers I have created for your blog feel free to use them following this link. 😉
