Hello community people. Welcome to the new month of April, I hope you all are well and doing great. I'm doing amazingly well. Today is the first day of the month and it's Hive power up day so I wish you all a happy #HPUD. I hope you won't forget to participate.
I'm glad to have you join me here again for the second edition of the phonography / phone photography contest. This contest has to do with sharing photos that were captured by using a phone. So if you love taking photographs with your phone just like I do, then you need to be part of this contest. Who knows you might be one of the lucky winners. So bring it on, I would love to see your beautiful, not so beautiful and funny photos, hehehe.
I love taking random pictures of objects, places, or people that caught my fancy with my phone whenever I'm out. No day passes without me capturing images. The reason is that I love using natural images for my contents that's why I need to snap as much as I can.
Having said that, let me show you the photos I have for this round.
Here we have photos of a duck on a wall.
Did you see that, I must confess that I was really surprised seeing this duck on a wall. I actually though that it was a hen when I saw it from afar but coming closer it was a duck. I have seen quite a couple of ducks in cages, some moving around and picking foods along their way. I have equally seen some bathing in water and doing some flip flaps but never have I seen any of them fly up this high. I know as birds, they have the tendency to fly, but this high, is a wow for me, lol.
I was passing along this street and seeing the duck up there I had to snap it before it flies away again.
Here's a closeup shots of the duck
Something about this particular photo caught my attention. Seeing the way the duck looked back I presume there's a reason it flew on top of the fence. Who knows what made it fly up there
Aha!, now I remember, this photo was taken this last Friday being good Friday, so it's possible the duck suspected that it's owner wanted to slaughter it for the Easter celebration, so it decided to escape for it's dear life, oh what an intelligent duck, lol.
But I think that's exactly reason. What do you think?
Many thanks for reading and happy #hpud to you once again
