Hello friends! How are you?

Inspired by my last post about music fanart, thought about sharing this music related artwork with you all my Aliens friends.

I'm a big fan of electronic music and Daftpunk. Such a fan that I use this artwork as part of my signature here on Hive.

In this reinterpretation with cyberpunk appeal by the artist, a surrealist work named DAFTPUNK COLLAGE #3.

DAFTPUNK combined house elements with synthpop, disco, rock and techno.

This duo was also considered a precursor for the production of songs considered essential in the world of electronic music.

Daft punk I like a lot! Amazing artwork.

Always think then as futurist, music, and style, but your cyberpunk reinterpretation (used right? 😊) is awesome! Congratulations 👏

They should hire you, but don't know if they are still active, do you know?

I loved the Around the World song before they blew up and became super popular. This is some super cool art to immortalize them with your creativity! Great job and thanks for sharing. We have some pretty talented musicians in this community as well. Cheers

Glad you like it.

Yeah, I think visual art and music is side by side. Álbuns covers, photography, shows visual presentations.

Once I went to show and during the musicians presentation, a group start graffiting the backstage wall. At the end of the show they were done with an amazing graffiti. ❤️ One of my favorites band as well, called O Rappa. Check it out maybe you like it. Rock mix with others styles like reggae, ska mpb and more.

I will have to give them a listen... especially if you are recommending it! I never got into Daft Punk as much after they got super famous... but they have always been good and are artists all the way around. I bet that graffiti turned out badass!

Agree, sometimes the push from agencies is not good for artists. maybe was the reason to stop, but they left a legacy to electronic music.

yeah, great graffiti. not sure if was recorded. O Rappa is a great Brazilian fan, very popular, believe that almost all Brazilians know them.

check out a 'best-of' selection. I like all albums and all music ( I'm suspicious), don't remember one music that I don't like. but as Daftpunk, the first ones were the best ones,

I don't think Daft Punk ever sold out like a lot of artists pushed by their labels... but i agree, their earliest stuff was their best. =)
