Hello, my friends Hivers and zingers. Here, I am going to talk about liquidity pool earnings. In the previous post on Holozing, I talked about delegation APR and why it is still considered good. Just visit and get the information So right now, my main target is the liquidity pool in Holozing because it is the only thing that is providing the highest APR If you check other options, then their APRs are low That is why the main focus is the liquidity pool. However, there is a risk involved in this option that I will talk about in this post.
In the beginning, the APR was 1500 percent And it was very high now we can see that APR is going down but slowly. when we compare it to other options then other options' APRs drop down fast But this particular option has one benefit which is slow APR reduction that’s why we can take benefit from it to achieve our goals Because right now, the price of zing is also low. So low zing price means you will get more tokens in the liquidity pool, which is beneficial for all of us. when I started investing in the liquidity pool, I was getting a higher income, but now it is slowly going down And definitely, the APR will reduce in the future That’s why we have to hurry and invest more here.
5k Zing Goal For Liquidity Pool
My goal is 5 K Zing tokens in the liquidity pool. I don’t know how much hive is required to reach 5k zing tokens. I have to calculate it But you know the price is not stable Fluctuation is there. That is why we cannot predict the exact amount of hive But a rough calculation with 5 K tokens is 65 hive So this is not an exact amount, but it is just a rough calculation.
Right now I have 2157 zing tokens in the liquidity pool, and 33 hive coins slowly I am adding more here. For example, if I am making 32 per day, when the balance reaches 200 zing tokens, I sell 50% of zing tokens and buy hive and I add it to the Liberty Pool. So right now I am following this strategy as well as I also prefer to buy sometimes from the Hive-engine market because sometimes zing tokens take a dip, and that time is a good time to buy some tokens.
Earning 26+ Zing Tokens Per Day
As you know my earnings are 26 tokens and soon I will add some more tokens here. So the earnings will increase. So let's say I add 5K tokens according to this Apr, I will get double of amount of this. so it will be around 52 zing tokens But the apr is not stable, so we cannot predict the exact earnings. I have not decided anything yet That what will do after I reach 5 ing tokens in the liquidity pool But I will see when I reach 5K zing tokens. And I think I will soon reach this amount I am going to complete this within a month.
Whatever I’m earning from delegation reward and staking reward is automatically staked in the staking balance But when I get a liquid reward, it is coming from the liquidity pool which means I have the opportunity to reinvest that amount. So my strategy is I gather some balance of zing, and then sell 50% to buy hive to reinvest in the liquidity pool, and the remaining 50% I use for zing token investment in the liquidity pool. So this is a simple strategy that I am following. Also, sometimes I buy from the market, as I said above. So market buying is necessary We cannot depend only on these options.
Current Liquidity Pool APR is 225%
The current APR of the liquidity pool is 225% it is Going down as I said above but it is still higher than the other options. You can see that delegation apr has dropped to 30%. Now you can see the difference between 30% and 225% So this is still a great option to earn some zing tokens to achieve the goal And we can continue with 225% APR. More people taking part in this pool. So obviously, the APR will go down for sure But if we focus more on these options, then we can gather a good amount of tokens from here.
Obviously, the liquidity pool of zing is risky because whenever the price goes down your zing balance in the liquidity pool will increase But when the price goes up then the quantity will decrease So that’s why it is a little risky to invest in a liquidity pool But you do not need to invest all amount here You can invest some good amount of tokens here, which is a right decision. But investing here is not a good option because it is a little risky
The best way to reach a 25K goal of Zing Token is to market buying cheaply. It is a good way to achieve the target But LP reward is a good option too And second option is a posh token balance Right now LP option gives me the highest Apr. So I’m focusing on this But later, I will also focus on posh- token balance, because it also gives a good APR not more than the liquidity pool, but it is good So posh balance is my second target But first, I want to reach my 5K goal in the liquidate pool. Then I will decide to add in some amount in posh token because diversification is also important in the holozing. I hope you liked this post.
