Short Jog and a Gym Sesh

Went for a quick jog down to the gym after work today. Light and easy after possibly overdoing last week.

Trained some chest and tri-ceps tonight, with focus on strength hitting 6-8 reps with sets between 3-5 on various exercises.

  • Incline Dumbbells
  • Cable Flys
  • Tricep Pulldowns
