No ghost today on All Saints Day. Only power, Hive power!
As a tradition that I have grown up to, I went to the cemetery around noon today to visit the resting place and pay respect to our faithful departed. I just brought candles with the expectation that I will just buy flowers from stall vendors near the cemetery. That was only to find out that there were no stall vendors in where they used to be. There was no flower to buy! Then I realized, typhoon #PaengPH just passed by. Crops, including flowers, musy have been swiped by the typhoon. There may be some that were not affected if they were in a greenhouse but not so many farmers use greenhouse.
It has been part of the "tradition" for vendors to put up makeshift stalls near the cemetery and sell flowers so I do not usually bother. Now I got nothing. I was somehow relieved when I approached my parents'graves and saw the artificial flowers I put there last year. Ah, I got something to recycle!

Please excuse the dirt on the grave. Those were leaves scattered by the typhoon and gut stuck on the six-day old newly painted grave. And I did not bring any cleaning material with the expectation that my nephews alreadu cleaned up when they came to paint last Thursday. I was not really thinking about the just gone typhoon...
I lighted the candles, said my prayers and poured my heart out, sobbing. After that I squatted on the grave on my mother's side and played Sudoku on my phone. In between games, I had few selfies and attempts to get into Hive but my mobile phone data service was lagging so I focused on the game. I checked the time every now and then. I knew hours were passing but I did not have the appetite to go home. I am more at peace in the cemeteru than home. Yes, I wanted to banish. I am just a make-believer who is struggling not to rant about it here on hive.
My phone showed alert when the battery was down to 15%. I kept playing until the screen darkened with a warning of 5% battery. I checked the time, 3:02 pm. That was when I stood up and went on rounds to the graves of my other deceased relatives.
On my way out of the cemetery, I noticed this sign board almost hidden by vine weeds. I wonder where I can find people who really care...
Anyway, there goes my All Saints Day story. No ghost of the dead. And it's power-up day so I did!
From my initial HP, I fall short of 70 HP to having 7k HP which I realized after powering up. I should have targeted for 7K. Now I would set 7.2K from organic earnings on my next power-up.
