A big Hi to all the beautiful ladies and mummies in this great community. This is Ladies of hive weekly contest #184 and I am so happy to be well and strong to participate on this edition.
Happy mother's day in advance to all the mothers.
Special greetings to @trucklife-family for being the judge this week.
I will like to respond to the first question posted on the platform:
Motherhood is both rewarding and challenging. What has been one of your greatest lessons since becoming a mother?
I have decided to title my post "The wonders of motherhood"
Motherhood comes from the word mother. There is a lot to say about being a mother, most times it is better seen when a woman is married or has given birth. A mother is someone with a large heart to accommodate people, beginning from family members to others. Her heart is so deep and strong that you can trust her with your secrets and finance or savings. The best home manager is the mother of the home. It is a joyful experience to be classified as a loving mother.
However, I believe there is no journey of success in life without challenges. As interesting as the journey of motherhood can be, there are experiences of hitches here and there. For example, balancing family time and work or business time.
Sometimes, it is not easy to wake up early every morning, prepare the kids for school, set breakfast and lunch packs and dash to the office or business arena before 8:am. Not to talk of the house chores and dinner preparation waiting for as long as you have not done them 😊.
One of the greatest lessons I have learned is to be deliberate about taking a break. There are times the forehead begins to respond when one is choked with activities. It is important to check if you have overstretched your brain or body trying to accomplish the house work that has no end 😊. I hope you will remain conscious of this.
Hmmm, thank God for the privilege of motherhood. I'm proud and glad to be a mother. It is so rewarding. I will like to pause here for this topic. I will see you again in the next post.
