If you do own a business, and if your nature is not very good, or you can say, if you are not polite to your customers, then you might lose your customers very soon. It doesn't matter how much money you own, or how much more you have invested in your business. If you are, if you are not polite to your customers and you misbehave with them, then that is a very big issue for your business And besides this, if you own a small business, but your nature is good with your customers, and you are so polite with them, I'm sure they are going to do the same, and they will come to you for sure because it doesn't matter how rich or poor you are if you are behaviour is good, then you make new friends, and you make many good friends and customers also.
We must have seen a lot of small vendors around us. And everyone does have their kind of customers. Not all are going to go to the same vendor, but everyone has different choices. We can't love the same kind of people And the same as for the vendors, after all, they all are normal human beings. So if they are polite to you, I say if they sell you goods at the best price, then you might consider going there again. If you feel like they are making you a fool and earning a lot from you, then you might not go there next time, and you will try to convince others to not visit that particular shop or vendor.
So if you own a business, or if you want to, then I think you should be polite to your customers and try to ask them for feedback and how your product is and then other things. And if they are giving you feedback, then you should work on it. And I'm sure if you are working on their feedback, then they will surely never going to leave you, and they will also recommend others for your product. This is how business grows. Maybe you will be a big businessman in the future. Who knows You should treat all your customers equally. And don't try to make any kind of judgement based upon their looks or other things.
