A Random Drawing on Black Paper

Hi friends!

Today I tried to draw a random male character. This man is a character with long hair and a rough appearance. Her long hair is messy.

I've had a lot of reluctance on me lately. My soul doesn't want to do anything. I'm too bored. Anyway..

I made the drawing with a white pen on black paper. I've never used the Autodesk Sketchbook app today. I used an eraser from time to time. I hope you like it.

Hello @maonx,
I love to see the white pen on black paper mainly because it's less common than the reverse.
I particularly like portrait drawing. I've done some in the past that could be deemed dreadful, but I have future plans to practice, and seeing stuff like this inspires me.
I like the details of it all:)

Yes, the effect of the white pen on the black paper is enormous. Sometimes you can even surprise yourself with the result you get with small touches. I'm so happy that you think I've inspired you. I'm sure you can get great drawings with a little practice. It just takes a little patience.

Thanks for the vote of confidence 😊.
Maybe one day I'll set my mind to it. I have the tools and material and some textbooks. I just need to take the time and commit and work to improve.
The closest thing I recall having the striking black and white contrast was origami... when I used to do a variety of crafts.

Wowww!!! This is very soulful and looks mysterious and honestly I can relate to the reluctance that comes with being creative but it's really beautiful how you pushed yourself to complete the piece.

First of all, thank you for your visit and nice words. The reluctance was a bit of me. I had conditioned myself to post every day, and now I decided to put an end to it. Because it takes too much of my time. I want to spend more time with my family. Thanks again. I'm so glad you like my drawing.
