The Rule is Standard (No modification from the standard rules and mechanics) with a 50 mana cap.
We chose the classic Selenia Sky (+1 ranged damage) as our summoner this time.
Our team: The Kraken (Taunt, Demoralize, and Enrage), Prismatic Energy (Void Magic Reflect), Crustacean King (Tank Heal and Protect), Dragon Jumper (Stun, Flying, Opportunity, and Stun), Deeplurker (Opportunity and Poison) and closing with Sand Worm (Sneak and Snare).
For this match, we choose a high backdoor damage team with one sneaker and two opportunistic monsters and a meaty Taunt tank, and a significant damage anti-magic off-tank with some tank heal for durability.
If our opponent doesn’t use Taunts, we will do short work of the backline glass cannons if there are any while our frontline keeps our damage dealers safe for a while.
Our summoner is very cheap, so we could invest in powerful monster cards.

Let’s take a look at the opposing team.
Summoner: Grandmaster Rathe (+1 Armor, Void Armor, and Amplify).
A heavily defensive summoner, this one can make some tanks unkillable.
Let’s see what monsters come with this setup.
Opposing lineup:
Uriel, the Purifier (Flying, Heal, Recharge), Djinn Renova (Strengthen and Triage), Adelaide Brightwing (Flying, Immunity, Repair, and Resurrect), Venary Crystalsmith (Tank Heal and Dispel), Lone Boatman (Snipe and Repair) and closing with Cornealus (Thorns, Heal, and Return Fire).
They are a pretty sturdy team with a durable tank in front, sustained by two heals and double repair, and a sturdy healing backline in Cornealus.
Our opponent's Damage is mainly concentrated in the frontline.
Let's hope our Kraken holds the line a couple of turns while our opportunistic monsters pick up the fragile support in the backline.

Let’s see how this match plays out!
Click on the image below to watch the fight:

Round 1:
The lone boatman gets killed quickly but is promptly resurrected by Adelade and healed by the triage.
Our Kraken gets all its armor peeled off, which is dangerous as Uriel charges a whooping 9 damage hit for the next round.
Round 2:
Our team finally down the Lone Boatman this time, but our Kraken is also killed in battle; ouch!
Round 3:
Adelade goes down quickly, and the opposing team gets our off-tank down to a very dangerous 8 hp left.
Round 4:
The opposing backline gets our Prismatic energy to just 1 hp, but Uriel misses due to the initiative difference! Yay, our tank lives to soak damage one bonus turn.
But the bad news is that our Worm dies to the continued thorns damage, and the opposing Cornealus shrugs off all that damage with the heal and high hp.
Round 5:
We kill the Crystalsmith before our off-tank gets erased, and the djinn is left with one measly hp.
Round 6:
Our tiny but armored Crustacean King is left facing a very angry and charged Uriel, but the last 1 shield point left saves it from the 12 melee damage bomb! Our team gets rid of the djinn this time around.
Round 7:
While Uriel charges, our team takes down his hp and procs a critical poison on him. Our little king is taken down to 3 HP.
Round 8:
Uriel dies due to the combined poison and melee damage before unleashing the fatal blow!
Round 9:
So it's a Thorns and Heal vs. Melee damage battle now. We get the damage and a crucial stun for no heal this round. Our frontline heals and watches the huge eye get stunned.
Round 10:
Cornealus gets put down on the 1st hit! Victory!
Our advantage in this match was twofold:
First, two very sturdy frontline monsters and a very high-damage opportunistic duo that took care of the support fast before taking any damage back.
