Existen días de días... Cuando por mucho tiempo cargas con una situación fuerte o desgastante, llega un punto de quiebre donde sí o sí terminas explotando y derrumbandote.
Y como dice una canción conocida, "no está mal si no me siento bien, hay que entender que a veces pasa... Y el dolor se pasa."
Ser modestos también implica reconocer que somos humanos y nuestra paciencia no es infinita, que está bien tirar la toalla por momentos, llorar, gritar, patalear, calmarnos, volver a levantamos y seguir adelante!
Al final todo pasa... Ninguna circunstancia es eterna, pero mientras el semáforo no cambia, seguimos intentando mantener una buena actitud, aunque a veces no resulte tan fácil! 💫
