Aprovechando la jornada oftalmológica para ver mejor [Esp/Eng]

Hace tiempo venía presentando dificultad visual, había pospuesto ir al oftalmólogo por diferentes causas, entre una de ellas la económica. La situación comenzó a tornarse incómoda, porque siento molestia, me cuesta ver rostros a ciertas distancias, así como leer mensajes cortos en programas de televisión e incluso me ha dolido la cabeza.

Últimamente, uso más mi computadora y celular, y creo que esto está afectando mi visión también. No puedo dejar de usar estos recursos, porque me facilitan las actividades que ejecuto a diario…

Razón por la cual, no podía seguir así, supe que un tío cercano a mí estaba resolviendo sus problemas de salud desde la app llamada VenApp y decidí buscar más información al respecto.

Efectivamente, había hecho un reporte, a través de la línea 58, siguiendo los pasos; luego de eso, te contactan por la aplicación.

Eso que ya sabía, hizo eco en mí, por lo que quise probar, nada perdía con intentar, el tener la aplicación descargada facilitó las cosas, en la parte inferior a la derecha, le di clic en la línea 58, posterior a eso le di a crear reporte y seleccione el tipo de reporte que fue social, la categoría para mi caso fue salud y por último escogí la subcategoría caso individual, eso me llevó al siguiente paso seleccionar uno de los tres, y fue reporte personal, porque era para mí.

Luego, llené datos personales y le di a siguiente, redacté mi solicitud de exámen
visual y lentes y le di confirmar; eso lo hice a finales de junio. El 6 de julio del 2024, estaba en la jornada oftalmológica en la Sanidad desde las 7 a. m. de la mañana aproximadamente.

Les voy a hacer sincera para ser un sábado en el que acudí al centro de salud, no había tanta gente, la gente fue llegando progresivamente, nos pasaron al área del auditorio, luego fuimos hacía primer piso, de ahí en adelante fue corriendo la cola, uno se iba rodando de asiento en asiento, hasta que llegue a donde estaba la doctora.

Me hizo las pruebas pertinentes, que consistía en ver un tablero de letras, donde me colocó unos lentes e iba cambiando los vidrios y que le dijera las últimas letras del tablero.

Me preguntaba si veía bien las letras, le dije que no, hizo el procedimiento de cambio de vidrio para ambos ojos.

La fórmula me la anoto la doctora en un papel, al salir del consultorio me indicaron que me llamarían, estoy a la espera de que me entreguen mis lentes, ojalá sea pronto.

La moraleja de mi caso, es que no debemos esperar a sentirnos mal para acudir al doctor, ya que de parte de nosotros está tener buena salud.

En mi caso, mi miopía aumentó por no acudir a tiempo, debo de admitir mi error, ahora toca enmendarlo, estando más pendiente y no retrasar mi ida al oftalmólogo, ya que se está avanzando en edad.

La vista representa un órgano de los sentidos vitales para el ser humano que hay que cuidar. La vida es tan hermosa, captemos con la visión, todos los acontecimientos que pasan para vivir plenamente.

He made me the pertinent tests, which consisted of seeing a board of letters, where he placed some glasses on me and was changing the glasses and that I told him the last letters of the board.

The doctor wrote down the formula on a piece of paper, when I left the office they told me that they would call me, I am waiting for my glasses to be delivered, I hope it will be soon.

The moral of my case is that we should not wait until we feel bad to go to the w, since it is up to us to have good health.

In my case, my myopia increased because I did not go to the doctor on time, I must admit my mistake, now it is time to correct it, being more alert and not delay my visit to the ophthalmologist, since I am getting older.
