So goes my journey through the Darie jungle and when I had to climb the hills it was horrible because they are too steep but the guides put ropes and also help to climb.

Saludos amigos viajeros, espero todos se encuentren muy bien.
Así va mi travesía por la selva del Darie y cuando me tocó subir las lomas fue horrible porque son demasiadas inclinadas pero los guías colocan mecates y también ayudan a subir.
One of the most difficult hills to cross the jungle is the famous loma de la llorona and its name is well put because the truth is that I cried climbing it but it is very rewarding at the end and being at the top. This crossing takes more than all Venezuelans about 3 years or more the truth I could not tell you exactly and one of the things they do for so much weight in the backpacks is to throw clothes so throughout this journey there is a lot of garbage, tents, pots, clothes, shoes and even dead people who leave them inside their tents.
Many people come with the illusion of crossing the Darien jungle and follow the route that takes us to the United States but some do not make it and the truth is that it is very difficult.
Una de las lomas más difíciles de cruzar la selva es la famosa loma de la llorona y su nombre está bien puesto porque la verdad lloré subiéndola pero es muy gratificante al final y estar arriba. Este cruce más que todos para los venezolanos lleva alrededor de 3 años o más la verdad no sabría decirles con exactitud y una de las cosas que hacen por tanto peso en las mochilas es botar ropa por eso en todo está travesía hay mucha basura, carpas, ollas, ropa, zapatos y hasta personas fallecidas que las dejan dentro de sus carpas.
Muchas personas vienen con la ilusión de cruzar la selva del darien y seguir la ruta que nos lleva a estados unidos pero algunos no lo logran y la verdad es que es muy difícil.
The rivers were very low but it all depends on some sides were super deep and we had to go around them because of the sharp rocks that are above.
The important thing is that we are doing well and very positive and of course with God's blessing.
Los ríos estaban muy bajos pero todo depende en algunos lados estaban super profundos y nos tocaba rodearlos por las piedras filosas que están arriba.
Lo importante es que vamos bien y muy positivos y por supuesto con la Bendición de Dios.
